Under the background of Internet technology,the development of online advertising has become the mainstream way of current advertising development,which brings many problems while bringing economic development.Therefore,the supervision of online advertising in China has increased the difficulty,such as the diversification of regulatory objects,the ossification of regulatory models,the unclear distribution of responsibilities between regulatory subjects,and the defects of regulatory laws all threaten the healthy development of online advertising.Analysis of the legal problems of online advertising,find a solution to the problem is the main content described in this paper.This paper mainly narrates the subject of network advertisement supervision from the development status,existing problems,foreign development experience,problem solving and so on.Through the understanding of the concept of network advertising supervision and the discussion of the basic theory,understand the maturity of the development of network advertising in China.There are many problems in China’s network advertising,this paper mainly through the analysis of the problems in the network advertising,compared with the legal system and mode of foreign network advertising supervision,to find a solution to the problems facing our country.Because the system of laws and regulations is not perfect,the network advertisement in our country lacks the legal basis when facing the concrete problem.It is on the basis of certain laws and regulations how to better implement in the process of law enforcement;finally it is about the problems of industry supervision and where we want to improve,these problems and corresponding solutions are the main content of this paper.I believe that the development of network advertising supervision occupies an important position,while further improving the system in China,we should also pay close attention to the implementation of the implementation measures,the implementation of the system in practice when the maximum value of system formulation.Because online advertising is closely related to the daily life of onlineusers,healthy and valuable advertising is more popular,if the advertising is not properly placed will give online users bring negative effects,so the supervision of online advertising is more important.This paper summarizes the relatively perfect legal system of foreign advertising,such as the United States,the European Union,Japan and so on,summarizes the mature experience,combines the national conditions of our country,and formulates the model suitable for the supervision of our country’s network advertising,so as to promote the stable development of our country’s network economy.Our country mainly from the legislative aspect,the supervision mechanism aspect,the profession and the social supervision aspect and so on angle consummates the network advertisement supervision,in order to promote our country network advertisement basic theory and the actual development unifies,flexibly responds to its rapid development process to appear the question.
