It is well known that any medical advertising is one of the important channels for us to get medical information,in our daily life is playing an important role,but at the present stage of our country,especially the reform of the market economy conditions,it is also an important means of competition of medical enterprise.However,with the rapid development of Internet technology,internet medical advertising also will rise,and gradually replace the traditional medical advertising,medical advertising on the Internet consumer convenience life at the same time,it also brought many problems,especially the false information of internet medical advertising.The recent "Wei ze xi" incident revealed many problems existed in the Internet advertising Internet medical advertisements defining problems,internet medical advertising regulatory issues,internet medical false content and other issues,and the cause of the masses of hot,this internet medical advertising legal regulation is imperative,strict supervision of the medical Internet advertising is very necessary.However,the existing laws and related policies in China,the legal provisions of the internet medical advertising are still inadequate,the issue of internet medical advertising is still endless.In view of this,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the legal regulation of Internet advertising in china.From the perspective of legal regulation,this paper focuses on the research of Internet advertising,which is composed of introduction and four chapters.The introduction mainly introduces the reason of this topic,the significance of the research,the research summary and the research methods.In the first chapter carries on the analysis from the angle of semantics and value angle,emphatically introduces what is internet medical advertisements,what is the meaning of legal regulation of internet medical advertising,Internet advertising and on what is the significance of legalregulation.The second chapter analyzes the current situation and problems of the legal regulation of Internet advertising in China from the perspective of empirical analysis.The third chapter carries on the analysis from the angle of comparison,the overseas internet medical advertising legal regulation practices are elaborated,and combined with China's actual situation,proposed to introduce the medical Internet advertising regulation in China.The fourth chapter carries on the analysis from the empirical point of view,in perfecting and improving China's legislation,regulation and judicial remedy system on some suggestions on the legal regulation of internet medical advertisements in China put forward,hope that China's Internet advertising market to medical law,the healthy and orderly development.
