A Study On The Problems And Solutions To The Party Organizations In State-owned Enterprises In The New Century

Being the important community-level organizations to implement the Party’s fundamental policies and promote the social stability and progress, the party organizations in state-owned enterprises are closely linked to the implementation of Party’s ideology, ruling intentions and guiding principles. The development of state-owned enterprises and their party organize can stimulate one another for common progress, gradually forming the socialist system of modern enterprise with Chinese characteristics. The economic development of state-owned enterprises has attracted worldwide attention. Meanwhile, it is necessary to solve several problems existing in their party organizations.This thesis is divided into three parts: introduction, main body and conclusion. The first part briefly introduces the general situation of research on this topic in the academic circles, reasons for choosing the topic and its meaning,research ideas, methodology, difficulties and so on, The first chapter is an introduction to the changes of the status and effects of party organizations. The analysis will be conducted in four periods: before the completion of socialist transformation, ten years of socialist construction, “Cultural Revolution”, and after the implementation of the policy of reform and opening up. The main body consists of four parts: the first one illustrates an evolution of the status and the role of party organizations in state-owned enterprises, The second part analyzes the main problems of party organizations of state-owned enterprises in the new period,including six aspects. The last part draws a conclusion to the major ideas of this thesis.The fourth one puts forward solutions to these problems. And a brief summary of major ideas is made in the conclusion part.
