In our country,the people’s police or the police,and grassroots police are t the people’s police fighting in the forefront.With a kaleidoscope of international and domestic situation,and further promote structural reform in our country,the people demand is growing and changing.As the maintenance of social stability,the grass-roots police,began to face the law enforcement environment of constantly changing and increasingly complex,and began to carry more and more dangerous,more and more heavy policing.Grassroots police job satisfaction have taken place,and present a tendency of weakening gradually.The job satisfaction of grassroots police determines their enthusiasm for work and the performance of their functions.The work of grassroots police is related to the long-term stability of the society and the stability and guarantee of the external environment for the survival and development of enterprises.On the one hand,the external environment provides the necessary conditions for the production and operation of the enterprise,such as raw materials,energy,capital and talents.On the other hand,the external environment determines the specific content and development direction of the enterprise’s production and operation activities.Therefore,the job satisfaction of grass-roots police is closely related to the survival and development of enterprises.Based on the weakening of job satisfaction of grassroots police and the increasing importance of job satisfaction of grassroots police,it is very important and imperative to study the strategies to improve job satisfaction of grassroots policeIn this paper,the author constructs a theoretical framework of the two-factor analysis of grass-roots police based on induction and analysis of related theories and concepts,and the mechanism and category of the two-factor theory and the particularity of their duties and work.Through the perspective of two-factor theory analysis and study of job satisfaction model,combined with the current work of the grass-roots police,visit and investigation of grassroots police investigation,the paper carding the two-factor theory perspective effect of grassroots police job satisfaction ofeight dimensions of 32 impact factor to the grassroots police satisfaction analysis framework.Under the guidance of this framework,taking Jining as an example,data were collected through questionnaire survey to analyze the satisfaction status quo of grass-roots police in Jining and the satisfaction status of various factors and dimensions.
