The grass-roots police station of the Public service Security Organ is an important Functional Department of the government,and it is the front position of public service,and it is very important to obtain the satisfaction degree of public service of the grass-roots police station for improving the public service ability of the grass-roots police station.At present,the research on the public service satisfaction of local police stations is relatively lacking.With the development of scientific and efficient public governance in China,it is necessary to establish the satisfaction index system of local police stations.In recent years,Linyi City Public Security Bureau has carried out the satisfaction survey,promoted the satisfaction work,promoted the public participation,and achieved greater results.However,the study of the index of satisfaction is not accurate and rich,to a large extent,it affects the public service satisfaction and the performance of grass-roots work of public security.This study defined the concept of grass-roots police station service,through the analysis of Linyi grass-roots Police Station Public Service Satisfaction status quo,content,comb service problems;On the basis of studying the actual situation and relevant theories of the local police stations in Linyi,and combining with literature and other materials,this paper constructs the index system of public service satisfaction of the local police stations in Linyi,and sets up 1 first-class index,6 second-class index and 16 third-class Index,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to assign the value of the index,the evaluation vector of the index is made by the method of mould and comprehensive evaluation,the empirical research is made according to the situation of the evaluation score,the degree of satisfaction affected by each index factor is verified,and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,to provide reference and reference for enhancing the satisfaction of public service in Linyi police stations.
