The Image Narrative Research Of News Cartoons During The Liberation War Of "Northeast Daily"

On November 1,1945,The Northeast Daily was founded in Shenyang,the first newspaper founded by the Communist Party of China in the northeast Liberated area.It has experienced the whole period of the Liberation War,witnessed the establishment of the People’s Republic of China,and the development of New China,and occupies an important position in the history of Chinese journalism.This paper will discuss in detail the narrative background,content and mode of cartoon news in The Northeast Daily from November 1945 to June 1950,and analyze the significance of news cartoon in the period of liberation War and its enlightenment to the development of news cartoon at present.This paper adopts text analysis and case study method,on the theory of narrative research support,and also with reference to the literature in the study,the related theory of seismology,journalism and communication with history,art,literature and other multidisciplinary theoretical knowledge combined with analytical news cartoon,in order to show the news cartoon is not only art,it is important carrier of intervention fact,reported the news facts,It’s very newsworthy.The first chapter of this paper summarizes the image narrative background of news cartoons of The Northeast Daily during the War of Liberation,and analyzes the development background of news cartoons from the social background,cultural context and news communication environment.In such a specific historical period and political environment,news cartoons with strong visual impact not only represent the feelings of the creators in that historical period,but also play a fighting role of attacking the enemy and uniting the team to a greater extent and effectively accomplish their mission.The second chapter of this paper is a detailed discussion of the image narrative content of the news cartoon of The Northeast Daily during the War of Liberation.By summing up the image narrative characteristics of different types of news cartoons,including the number,theme,perspective,time and space,a classification is carried out to divide the war and people’s livelihood of news cartoons,and summarize their internal laws through classification.The third chapter of this paper mainly discusses the liberation war period of northeast China Daily news cartoon image narrative pattern,based on the study of the text content,according to the image of its narrative pattern divided into single images and image series,single image of the narrative plot mainly relies on the narrative moment frames,series image narrative is mainly dependent on continuous moments of overlay,Form a complete narrative context.Based on the analysis of the images,this paper discusses the relationship between the news cartoons,including real intertextuality and virtual intertextuality.The fourth chapter of this paper mainly tells the significance and enlightenment of the news cartoon of Northeast Daily during the Liberation War.This paper mainly expounds the significance of the news cartoon of The Northeast Daily,analyzes its news spreading effect,discusses the political,social significance and times style of the news cartoon,and the enlightenment of the creation of the news cartoon.
