The Current Situation And Teaching Exploration Of The Elderly Learning Saxophone

The development of elderly education is an important measure to actively deal with the problem of China's aging population,and it is also conducive to the stability of the country and society.At present,more and more elderly people are willing to choose to learn the saxophone as one of their hobbies after retirement,but the current domestic research on the saxophone teaching for the elderly is still in the exploratory stage.This study first summarizes the physical characteristics,psychological characteristics and learning characteristics of the elderly.Then,taking the saxophone class of Chengdu University for the Elderly as an example,the current situation of the elderly learning saxophone and the problems that are easy to occur in the process of learning and practicing the saxophone are summarized through auditing courses,questionnaires,and interviews.Recommendations for teaching materials,etc.In addition,the value of the elderly learning saxophone on physical and mental health is explored,which will help to further improve the saxophone teaching system for the elderly.
