| With the prosperity and development of my country’s cultural undertakings,the country pays more and more attention to the cultural industry,and the society’s demand for artistic talents continues to increase.Chinese dance has a unique artistic carrying capacity in inheriting Chinese traditional culture and promoting the national spirit.Chinese dance majors have also ushered in opportunities for development,but the relevant research on Chinese dance majors in secondary vocational schools is relatively lagging.Improving the recognition of students majoring in Chinese dance has important practical significance for cultivating dance education professionals and creating a team of fine art workers.At this stage,there have been more mature researches on professional identity at the secondary vocational level and professional courses and training models of Chinese dance.However,there are few studies on the professional identity of Chinese dance students in secondary vocational schools.This research supplements the research on professional identity in secondary vocational schools.The insufficiency of Chinese dance professional research,while enriching art education,especially its research content in secondary vocational education.The professional recognition of Chinese dance in Shandong Province is used to radiate the professional recognition of Chinese dance students across the country,thereby enhancing the level of professional recognition of Chinese dance students.This research uses Shandong Culture and Art College and Jinan Art School as the research samples to investigate the professional identity of a total of 475 students from these two secondary vocational colleges.The questionnaire investigates the status quo of professional identity of Chinese dance students from four dimensions: professional cognition,professional emotion,professional behavior,and professional suitability.Through the analysis of the data collected from the questionnaire,the status quo of Chinese dance students’ professional identity and the differences in professional identity of different demographic variables were explained and analyzed.At the same time,the factors affecting students’ professional identity were investigated and analyzed,with a view to Demonstrate the status quo of professional identity more comprehensively and propose some strategies to enhance professional identity.The survey found that the overall level of professional identity of Chinese dance students is at a relatively high level.Among the various dimensions of professional identity,the degree of professional recognition is the highest,followed by professional behavior and professional emotion,and the lowest score is professional appropriateness.Chinese dance majors have a relatively high level of understanding of their majors,but they are skeptical of their own conditions.From a personal point of view,they believe that they are not suitable for their majors and their professional identity behavior needs to be improved.There are significant differences in professional identity in some demographic variables,which are manifested in different grades,different types of school systems,different family structures,and different levels of dance training.There are no significant differences in students’ professional identity in variables such as gender,location of household registration,family financial status,academic performance,and whether they have won awards in dance competitions.Students’ personal factors,teacher factors,school factors,employment factors,and social factors all have a strong correlation with students’ professional identity.There are certain problems in the three influencing factors of school,employment and individual,especially when students’ Concerns about professional employment.Through the analysis of the survey and interview results,we have put forward some suggestions to improve the professional recognition of Chinese dance students.From the personal perspective of graduate students,graduate students should rationally choose their majors based on their full understanding of their majors,rationally plan their professional study life,strengthen their professional learning,and maintain a positive and optimistic professional mentality;from the school’s perspective,the school should strengthen their majors Promote and promote curriculum reforms to meet the needs of students,provide students with high-quality professional internships and strengthen employment guidance,while grasping professional development opportunities to strengthen professional construction;from a social perspective,society should guide people to form correct Chinese dance students Aware,the state can provide relevant policy support.Due to the small number of secondary vocational schools in Shandong Province and the imperfect website settings of some schools,some research materials are missing,which may make the scope of research objects insufficient.However,selecting Shandong Culture and Art School and Jinan Art School as the research objects has certain advantages.The representativeness of the research method needs further improvement. |
