Container Research In Chinese Modern And Contemporary Ceramic Art

As the origin of ceramic art,container has been closely related to human life since its birth.Under the influence of modernism artistic trend of thought,modern pottery presents different styles and aesthetic characteristics.In any stage of its development,modern pottery in the form of "container" has always occupied a very large proportion.Containers are an extremely important part of Chinese modern and contemporary ceramics.This paper will discuss them from the following three aspects.First,the aesthetic characteristics of traditional Chinese ceramic containers are analyzed,and it is found that the containers contain an important context of Chinese ceramic art.Secondly,by comparing China and Japan,the United States,the European ceramic container creation influence each other and learn from,It can be seen that the creation of modern and contemporary ceramic vessels in China shows a kind of inclusive and inclusive Chinese atmosphere.China meteorological mainly embodied in Confucianism,Buddhism,Taoism three aspects and the combination of ceramic art creation idea embodied in the doctrine of the mean harmonious Chinese rational,The cultural thought of following nature and the expression of Zen by using images to create a reality are three aspects.Finally,it analyzes the typical works of Chinese modern and contemporary ceramic containers,and concludes that Chinese modern and contemporary ceramic containers present a contemporary expression way that breaks the boundary from three aspects: experimental intervention of comprehensive materials,diversified cross-media application and contemporary expression way of traditional container form.
