Researching On Constructivism Forming Of Contemporary Ceramic Art In China

The modern ceramic art in China is mainly influenced by themodern and contemporary Western art. While it adapted its own situationafter absorbing the nourishment, it formed its own shape in a sense ofuniqueness. The retrospection and exbition of our traditional resourcesnot only showed in our modern ceramic art creation, but also is aself-understanding and transcendence. Facing the traditional resourcesand the openness of global culture, the Chinese contemporary ceramicartists are using their own languages and forms of arts to express theirinner artistic thoughts.This article mainly explores the constructive forms influencing theChinese modern ceramic creation and raises it to the theoretical level, thestudy not only lingers on the concept level, but combining the two toconduct researches and develop its theoretical value as well as practicalsignificance. First, it explores the origin of constructive forms and theintroduction into the Bauhaus teaching construction. Second, it sorts outthe situation of the development of the Chinese modern ceramic arts, andanalyzes the work of some of the Chinese modern ceramic artists, on thisbasis; it further analyzes the evolution trend of the Chinese modernceramic aesthetic language. Finally it finds out that the constructiveforms embodies the cultural and aesthetic values in the creation of the Chinese modern ceramic arts, and explores the process and innovationroad of the Chinese modern ceramic arts influenced by the modernmulticultural.On the path of the modern ceramic arts creation, the understandingand recognition of the value and importance of the constructive forms,can help better grasp the relationship and rules between the two. Throughthe exploration of the constructive thinking on the forms and contents ofthe Chinese modern ceramic works, we may find a wider space for thedevelopment of the modern ceramic arts.
