| China Contemporary Young Ceramic Artists ' Biennale Exhibition(hereinafter referred to as “Biennale”)is the most important academic exhibition of ceramic art in China which is dominated by China Academy of Art.This paper takes the 10 Biennales from 1998 to 2016 as research objects,starts from the era backgrounds and social situations of the first Biennale and adopts the methods of material reference and interview to know the origin of the Biennale;besides,this research takes ideological evolution of the Biennale throughout 20 years as hint and vein to analyze the cases and exhibition works of the subjects-ceramic artists,analyzes the change trends of 10 Biennales and contemporary ceramic art from perspectives of works and artist through referring to the Biennale materials and interviews with some ceramic artists;Finally,this paper adopts the methods of interview and material collection to summarize the influence of the Biennale on ceramic art teaching in universities,the society and contemporary ceramic art field as well as its promotion role to academic research of ceramic art. |
