A Study Of Nouns In Chagatai's "The Lineage Of Abul Haqi"

This paper takes the Chagatay language "Abu al-Ghazi's Genealogy" as the research object,hereinafter referred to as noun research of "Genealogy".As a phonetic character of Arabic alphabet system,Chagatay is named after Chagatay,the second son of Genghis Khan.From the 14th century to the beginning of the 20th century,people wrote many famous historical,philosophical and literary works through Chagatay writing of the 6th century,which has been handed down to the present day.These works provide important materials for the study of history,literature and language at that time.As a ruler and an important historian of the Khiva Khanate,Abu al-Ghazi Bahadur(1603-1663)used Chagatay language to write this article,namely Genealogy.After its discovery,foreign scholars have interpreted,translated and annotated it from the perspective of historical philology.However,the domestic academic circles did not pay enough attention to these research trends.Therefore,it is necessary to study it in this paper.In this paper,according to the perspective of linguistics,the author will describe and analyze the types of nouns,the additional components of nouns,the number category,the leading person category,the case category and the predicate person category.Based on Dai Meisang's version of Genealogy,this paper studies the types of literature nouns,the additional components of nouns,and the grammatical forms.The basic content of this paper is as follows:The introduction mainly explains the literature "Genealogy",the significance and research methods of related research topics,the research methods and difficulties of this paper,the alphabet and phonetic transcription used in this paper,and the symbols and abbreviations used in this paper.The first chapter represents the types of nouns in"Genealogy".Based on the meaning of things,this chapter mainly divides the nouns in the literature into nouns for people,nouns for things,nouns for time and nouns for location.According to the quantitative characteristics of the things expressed,this paper divides them into general nouns,proper nouns and collective nouns.With 7 types of nouns,this paper analyzes the characteristics and ideographic functions of nouns.The second chapter demonstrates the form of noun,including lexical means and syntactic means.The lexical means consists of affixes composed of nouns,adjectives and verbs.The syntactic means include compound words and restrictive combination.The third chapter displays the morphological study of the nouns.On the basis of number category,leading person category,case category and predicate person category,this paper analyzes and studies it.The last part is the conclusion.
