Japanese idioms are precipitated by the Japanese nation and culture, and are an important language expression in Japanese. For Chinese Japanese learners,in addition to learning vocabulary, grammar,it should also master the idioms.By learning and using idioms can make Chinese Japanese learners better understand the characteristics of Japanese vocabulary and grammar, while improving the ability to use the Japanese language. However, the learning of idioms is also a big difficulty for Chinese Japanese learners. The main reason is that the meaning of idioms is not a simple addition of words, that is,the literal meaning, but is determinedby the components together, which has an extended abstract meaning.Sometimes this leads to a lot of errors in Chinese Japanese learners' use.The number of verb idiomsin Japaneseidioms is the largest, and it is also the verb idiomsthat Chinese Japaneselearnersare most exposedto. Therefore, this thesis takes verb idioms as the main research object. It first defines the meaning of verb idioms, and then analyzes its characteristics from the perspective of grammar, semantics, vocabulary and pragmatics, and predicts the difficulties of Chinese Japanese learners.A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the acquisition of verb idioms by Chinese Japanese learners.According to the results of the questionnaire survey, the types of errors are summarized, and from the perspective of the second language acquisition theory, the internal and external factors affecting the acquisition of verb idioms by Chinese Japanese learners are explored. Finally, some suggestions are made on the teaching of Japanese idioms from the perspective of textbook layout and teaching methods. It is hoped that it can be used for reference in the teaching of Japanese idioms in the future.
