Research On Hospice Care Services For Cancer Patients In Private Hospitals In Harbin

Hospice care service is a medical care that focuses on reducing the symptoms of patients' diseases and delaying the development of diseases.It is also a people-oriented public service that respects the rights and dignity of dying patients and their families.It not only emphasizes the service of the government,but also emphasizes the rights of citizens.The quality of life and right in the dying stage of cancer patients begin to be concerned with the change of human disease spectrum,the rapid development of human social economy and the continuous progress of medical technology,then the hospice care service as a new service mode has sprung up.The private medical institutions have developed rapidly under the environment of medical and health system reform led by the government and introducing market mechanism.This project takes Harbin private hospitals as the research object,understands the demand and current situation of it's hospice care services for cancer patients by the means of questionnaire,semi-structured interview and literature.It is concluded through the comparative analysis of data that there are difficulties in the hospice care service for cancerous patients in private hospitals in Harbin in terms of social support,technical level,medical assistance and death education,these problems may be related to insufficient government support,imperfect talent training mechanism,insufficient special fund support and differences in traditional cultural background.This project puts forward possible countermeasures combined with the actual development of Harbin by applying the theory of new public management,new public service and demand hierarchy theory to the field of public health services: improving government support,strengthening talent team construction,building financial support system and creating a good humanistic environment,so as to improve the public service model and improve the service quality and core competitiveness of private hospitals in Harbin,improve people's medical experience and quality of life.
