Background:Rotator cuff injury is a common disease in the motor system. Its symptoms are mainly shoulder joint pain and limited mobility, and often worsening pain at night, which seriously affects the daily life of patients. At present, arthroscopic rotator cuff rapair surgery is often used to treat rotator cuff injuries. However, according to clinical observations, the prognosis of patients with simple surgical treatment is often not very satisfactory, and postoperative rehabilitation with systematic rehabilitation training can more effectively help the shoulder joint function recovery. However, due to the trauma caused to the limbs during the operation, the affected limbs are often swollen and painful after the operation, which affects the smooth implementation of early rehabilitation training. Therefore,it is of clinical value to find a treatment method that does not stimulate the affected limb, but can also help early recovery of the shoulder joint after surgery. Objective:To observe the effects of acupuncture treatment with opposing needling method on shoulder joint pain, range of motion and function after rotator cuff repair under arthroscopy,in order to provide a convenient way for early functional rehabilitation after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. Methods:From January 2020 to December 2020,a total of 45 eligible patients were enrolled, and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group using a random number table method. There were 23 cases in the experimental group, including 7 males and 15 females, aged from 31 to 71(57.64±11.895)years old. There were 25 cases in the control group, including 10 males and 13 females, aged from 32 to 71(58.35±9.442)years old.The experimental group was given the opposing needling method combined with rehabilitation training after the operation, and the control group was only given the rehabilitation training after the operation.Observed all patients before operation,1 month after operation,3 months after operation,VAS score;shoulder flexion and lifting motion,Constant-Murley shoulder function score, and SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to compare and analyze all the data. Results:All patients completed the follow-up,and no shedding occurred. The VAS scores of the test group and the control group were(1.91±0.811)points and(2.96±0.878)points,respectively,compared with the preoperative(7.32±1.041)points and(7.30±1.146)points.There are differences Statistically significant(P<0.05).Between the two groups, the VAS scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group at 1 month and 3 months after the operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the test group and the control group, the flexion and lifting activities of the shoulder joint at 3 months after operation were(138.50±8.579)degrees and(131.22±14.257)degrees,which were both(67.55±4.480)degrees and(67.04±4.237)degrees before surgery. The degree was significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison between the two groups, the test group's shoulder flexion and lifting activities were better than those of the control group at 1 month and 3 months after the operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Constant-Murley shoulder function scores of the experimental group and the control group were(81.95±5.636)points and(76.48±5.930)points,respectively,compared with the preoperative(52.55±6.434)points and(51.83±6.080)points.Significantly improved, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).In comparison between the two groups, the Constant-Murley shoulder function scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group at 1 month and 3 months after the operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with rotator cuff injury, arthroscopic rotator cuff repair surgery has less trauma, quick recovery after surgery, and good treatment effect. The opposing needling method is applied after arthroscopic rotator cuff suture, which can reduce postoperative pain, speed up the recovery of joint mobility, and improve shoulder joint function. The giant needling method is helpful for early functional rehabilitation after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. Therefore, for patients with rotator cuff injury,it is recommended to choose arthroscopic surgical treatment. After the operation, opposing needling combined with rehabilitation training can be used to help early recovery.
