Observation On The Curative Effect Of Jiawei Zhenwu Decoction In The Treatment Of Dilated Cardiomyopathy (spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Type)

Objective:Through the observation of the treatment of Zhenwu Decoction in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(spleen deficiency type)the clinical efficacy and safety,to explore the mechanism of Zhenwu Decoction in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy.Method:January 2016 to January 2018 at the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Department of Cardiology diagnosis of dilated cardiomyopathy(yang deficiency of spleen and kidney)and 40 cases of patients,including 19 male and 21 female.Were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 20 people.There was no significant difference in general condition between the two groups,all of which were dilated cardiomyopathy of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,including diuretics,RAAS system inhibitors and so on.The treatment group is a prerequisite for the control group conventional western medicine with modified Zhenwu Decoction(based on composition: heishunpian,white peony,Atractylodes,ginger,tuckahoe,cassia twig,Tinglizi,astragalus,ginseng,licorice).The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.The changes of TCM symptoms,cardiac function classification,brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),cardiac color Doppler(LVED,LVEF)and liver and kidney function(ALT,AST,Cr)were observed in the treatment group and the control group.Result:1.in TCM syndrome integral comparison: treatment group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.in heart function improvement: the treatment group than the control group,the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.BNP in comparison: the treatment group,BNP index lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.In the comparison of heart color Doppler ultrasound(LVED,LVEF),the treatment group was better than the control group,and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P < 0.05).5.in the liver and kidney function(ALT,AST,CR),there was no obvious trend,the two groups were not statistically significant(P > 0.05)Conclusion:1.Jiawei Zhenwu Decoction can improve TCM syndromes of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type).2.Jiawei Zhenwu Decoction can improve the cardiac function of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type).3.Jiawei Zhenwu Decoction can reduce the serum BNP level in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type).4.Jiawei Zhenwu Decoction can improve the value of LVED and LVEF in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(spleen-kidney Yang deficiency).5.Jiawei Zhenwu Decoction has good safety in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy(spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type).
