Clinical Study Of Zhenwu Decoction In The Treatment Of Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency Type Senile Primary Clinical Hypothyroidism

Objective:By contrast the treatment of conventional western medicine plus service Wu Tang and the clinical curative effect of Western medicine treatment group,Objective To observe the clinical effect of senile primary hypothyroidism with spleen kidney yang deficiency type.Evaluation of modified Zhenwu Decoction in the treatment of senile primary efficacy and safety of hypothyroidism,provide a new theoretical basis for related research for the treatment of elderly patients with Primary Hypothyroidism Thyroid function.Methods:60 cases were selected from January 1,2016 to January 1,2017 were Yunnan Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine hospital department of Endocrinology outpatient and inpatient belong to elderly patients with primary hypothyroidism syndrome of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,the subjects were divided into 2 groups randomly control.The control group received conventional western medicine group,treatment group plus conventional western medicine Zhenwu Decoction group.In selected patients,the treatment group and the control group were 2cases,and the removal of the inclusion criteria in 1 cases(including 3 cases),and a total of 60 patients were included in the study.There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment.After 8 weeks of treatment,the changes of blood pressure,clinical symptom score and related laboratory parameters of the patients in the 2 groups were observed.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was83.33%,while the control group was effective rate: 70%.After statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014<0.05).The curative effect of TCM syndrome was 90% in treatment group and control group was 76.67%,The difference was statistically significant(P=0.016<0.05).The treatment group can better improve the lassitude,Shenpi lazy words,facial dropsy,limbs cold,aversion to cold,Yaoxisuanruan,anorexia,abdominal distension after Valley not very loose stools,the treatment in the two groups after the test,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups after treatment,thyroid function,blood lipids were significantly improved,after treatment between the groups by statistical test,there was a significant difference(P < 0.01),can be considered in the treatment group to improve the blood pressure,better than the control group.Two groups of patients before and after treatment and during treatment,no adverse reactions,safety index by statistical analysis(P>0.05),it can be considered that the two methods have no significant side effects.Conclusion:modified Zhenwu Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with primary hypothyroidism can obtain the exact effect,the party by Tonifying the spleen and kidney yang,the overall regulation,improve the metabolism of the body tissue and thyroid hormone secretion,recovery.To improve the basal metabolic rate,reduce blood lipids.In the improvement of clinical symptoms and related laboratory indicators(thyroid function,blood lipids,etc.),the treatment group was significantly better.There was no obvious side effect in the two groups.
