A Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Glomerulonephritis With Bushen Gujing Method Based On State Target Syndrome Differentiation

Objective: To investigate the effect of Bushen Gujing method on renal function in patients with glomerulonephritis.Materials and methods: This study selected patients from March 2019 to December2019 in the outpatient department of Nephrology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine.According to the diagnosis standard,inclusion standard and exclusion standard,43 cases of TCM Decoction(kidney inflammation prescription,the experience prescription of kidney medicine,mainly Jinsuo Gujing pill)were selected based on the outpatient medical record system of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine.38 cases were used alone,81 cases were totally.The patients were divided into control group and treatment group,38 cases in control group and 43 in treatment group.Control group: basic treatment + Cordyceps preparation;treatment group:basic treatment + traditional Chinese medicine decoction took 30 days as a course of treatment,a total of 1 course.The symptoms included: fatigue,weakness of waist and knee,frequent nocturnal urination,swelling,loose stool,sperm / leakage.The hidden state include:24-hour urine protein quantification,urine red blood cell count,plasma albumin,hemoglobin,mean arterial pressure,?2 microglobulin,?1 microglobulin,NAG(n-acetyl-?-d-glucosidase),and established database by Excel software The data before and after treatment in the two groups were analyzed by spss22.0 statistical software,P < 0.05 was statistically significant.Result:1.Proteinuria: the 24-hour urinary protein,microalbuminuria and plasma albumin in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).2.Hematuria: after treatment,the urine red blood cell count and hemoglobin of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Renal tubular function markers: after treatment,the levels of?2-microglobulin,?1-microglobulin and nag(N-acetyl-?-D-glucosidase)in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).4.Blood pressure: after treatment,the mean arterial pressure of the treatment group was similar to that of the control group,and there was no statistical difference(P > 0.05).5.urination characteristics: the number of nocturnal urine,nocturnal urine volume and foam urine in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and there was statistical difference(P < 0.05).6.Lumbar sensation: after treatment,the symptoms of lumbago and backache in the treatment group were significantly relieved compared with those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).7.Mental state: the fatigue symptoms of the treatment group were significantly improved than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).8.Swelling performance: the swelling symptoms of the treatment group were significantly reduced compared with the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).9.Defecation: after treatment,the symptoms of loose stool and poor defecation in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).10.Reproductive function: the spermatorrhea / metrorrhagia in the treatment group was significantly relieved than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The results of this study show that,based on the state target syndrome differentiation,the application of Bushen Gujing method can improve the kidney's fixation function,so as to improve the symptoms of patients with glomerulonephritis,such as proteinuria,hematuria,fatigue,waist and knee soreness,frequent nocturia,edema,loose stool,spermatorrhea / metrorrhagia.
