The Clinical Research Of Qingre Gujing Fang In Treating Hemorrhage Period Of Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding With Blood Hot Form

Objective: to explore the clinical effects of Qingre Gujing Fang (QRGJF) in TreatingHemorrhage Period of Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding with Blood Hot Form.And with Xueping capsule(XPC) on the contrast of clinical curative effect observation, toexplore more effective treatments.Methods: we selected60patients who were randomlydivided into treatment group (treated with QRGJF)30cases and control group(treated withXPC)30eases and observed the improvements of clinical symptoms and signs of Patients，the thick of endometrium，Prothrombin time (PT) and activation portion thromboplastintime (APTT)，platelet volume distribution amplitude(PDW) and mean platelet volume(MPV), the Ca2+level of blood serum etc.Results:The treatment group clinical curativeeffect and symptoms improved situation is much better than control group, the clinical totalefficiency is93.33%and the control group is70.00%. There is significant differencebetween them (P <0.05). The treatment group in reducing the endometrial thickness,reduce the PT, APTT, rise PDW, MPV, elevated serum Ca2+levels curative effect is distinct,with significant difference (P <0.05). The follow-up treatment in the curative effect andstability were better than control group. Conclusion: QRGJF is effective in treatinganovulatory DysfunctionalUterine Bleeding with Blood Hot Form. the hemostasiamechanism of action may be achieved through the coagulation of blood hemostatic effect,antibacterial anti-inflammatory effect, higher biological activity of platelet function andincrease serum Ca2+level.
