BackgroundPost stroke depression(PSD)is one of the important factors that affect the prognosis of stroke patients. The incidence rate of post stroke depression in stroke all periods can reach over 30%.Therefore,early identification, diagnosis and treatment of post-stroke depression are important for the prognosis of patients with stroke or for families and society. At present, the treatment of PSD mainly depends on antidepressants of Western medicine, but because it needs to be taken for a long time, there are many adverse reactions, and combined with stroke, conventional medication will increase the risk of medication and aggravate the burden of liver and kidney,so the non drug therapy for PSD is more and more favored by people.Ear point therapy in non drug therapy has the advantages of simple operation, high safety, and long-term heavy treatment Multiple stimulation is widely used in the adjuvant treatment of post-stroke depression. At present, there have been related studies on the treatment of post-stroke depression with auricular point pressing combined with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine. However, whether the auricular point pressing combined with rehabilitation therapy can improve the mood and sleep of patients with mild post-stroke depression synergistically, there are few reports on relevant aspects.ObjectiveTo observe the effect of auricular point pressing pill combined with rehabilitation therapy on mood and sleep of patients with mild to moderate post-stroke depression, and the effect of auricular point pressing pill combined with rehabilitation exercise therapy on psychosomatic rehabilitation of patients with mild to moderate post-stroke depression.MethodUsing the method of randomized controlled clinical trial design,47 patients with mild to moderate post-stroke depression were randomly divided into control group(n=27)and observation group(n=20).The intervention of the control group was routine rehabilitation treatment on the basis of routine cerebrovascular disease, and the intervention of the observation group was auricular point pressing therapy on the basis of the intervention of the control group.HAMD,PSQI and NIHSS were used to evaluate the patients' mood, sleep and neurological impairment before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.By comparing and analyzing whether the intervention measures of different groups of patients have statistical differences in the improvement of patients' clinical symptoms.Result1.The scores of emotion, neurological function, activities of daily living, pain(HAMD score,HAMA score,SDS score,PSDS score,PSQI score,NIHSS score,Barthel score,VAS score)before treatment in the control group(rehabilitation therapy group)and the observation group(auricular point pressure pill combined with rehabilitation therapy group)were compared with each other(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After the treatment, the HAMD score,HAMA score,SDS score,PSDS score,NIHSS score,Barthel score, and VAS score of the subjects in the control group were all P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.PSQI score group Intra-comparison P>0.05.The difference was not statistically significant;the HAMD score,HAMA score,SDS score,PSDS score,PSQI score,NIHSS score,Barthel score, and VAS score of the subjects in the observation group were all P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.3.After treatment, there was no significant difference in HAMD score,HAMA score,SDS score,PSDS score,NIHSS score,Barthel score and VAS score between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in PSQI score between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion1.After 4 weeks of treatment and observation, the improvement of sleep of PSD patients in auricular point pressing pill combined with rehabilitation treatment group was significantly better than that in simple rehabilitation treatment group, indicating that the auricular point pressing pill selected in this study may improve patients with mild to moderate PSD Sleep conditions.2.After 4 weeks of treatment and observation, the effect of auricular point pressing pill combined with rehabilitation treatment group on mood, neurological function, activities of daily living and pain of patients with mild to moderate post-stroke depression was not better than that of simple rehabilitation treatment group. Therefore, auricular point pressing pill selected in the study can not be considered to have the effect of relieving mood, activities of daily living and pain of patients with mild to moderate post-stroke depression.
