| Purpose:Relevant literature in the field of acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation was systematically combed,and visual analysis was conducted to reveal the development context of this field,find out the core research figures,research teams and scientific research institutions,summarize and find out the research hotspots in this field,predict the future development trend,and provide reference for researchers to study this field.Materials and methods:The data of this study are mainly from CNKI database,Wanfang medical database and Chongqing Weipu Chinese periodical database.Based on the relevant acupuncture treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion in the field of journal articles and learned to recognize in the paper,including the year,authors,institutions,keywords,such as data visualization analysis and statistics,the authors in the field of cooperation,institutional cooperation relations,the situation of foundation data,to find out the core research scholars and institutions active in this field,summarizes the different research topics in the field.Descriptive statistical analysis,co-occurrence analysis and cluster analysis were used in this study.Descriptive systematic analysis: including the distribution of publication year,citation and fund of journal literature and master and erudite papers,the distribution of journal literature published and the distribution of degree awarding units of master and erudite papers.Co-occurrence analysis: Co-occurrence analysis was carried out on the journal literature and the data of Master's and Doctoral theses,including authors,institutions,keywords and tutors in the data of Master's and Doctoral theses.Cluster analysis: Through the cluster analysis of keywords in journal literature and master and erudite papers,various research topics in the field of acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation were found.According to the change of different research topics and keywords over time,the research hot spots in this field were understood at different times and the future development trend was predicted.Results:1.The number of papers published in the field of acupuncture treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation showed an increasing trend;Most of the papers included in the study were not supported by funds.Among the journals,27 papers were supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China,and only 9 papers were supported by funds.Among the literatures included in the study,only Clinical Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion,and Emergency Cases of Chinese Traditional Chinese Medicine were among the top 10 published journals.The most published journals were Clinical Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,with a total of 101 articles.Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine awarded the most master and doctor degrees in the field of acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation,up to 60.2.The research in this field is widely distributed in different regions,and there are many internal or inter-regional cooperation among research institutions,and few inter-regional cooperation.The main research institution is Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.Research institutions are mainly concentrated in the Beijing-Tianjin region and southeast China.3.The author with the highest number of published papers in this field is Wu Yaochi of the Sixth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University.There are several research teams in this research field.Some research teams have a large cooperative network,and the cooperative network all has a core author,while the other research teams are loosely connected and mostly connected by a single paper.4.Co-occurrence analysis of keywords included in journal literature and master and erudition thesis data,which involved TCM treatment measures for diseases,such as acupotomy,warm acupuncture,silver acupuncture,floating acupuncture,etc.;Western medicine treatment of diseases,such as collagenase dissolution,ozone,etc.;TCM classification of diseases,such as Qi stagnation and blood stasis type,liver and kidney deficiency type;Research methods,such as clinical efficacy observation,systematic evaluation,etc.;In addition,there are animal experiments related,such as inflammatory factors.Conclusion:1.In recent years,the number of relevant literatures published in this field continues to increase,which indicates that the relevant research interest is undiminished and has high research value.2.There are not many successful projects in this research field,but the proportion of state-level funds is increasing year by year,indicating that the research in this field is gradually being paid attention by the state.3.Wu Yaochi's team from the Sixth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University,Wang Wenyuan's team from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Li Wei's team from Shanghai Jing 'an District Central Hospital,and Guan Zunhui's team from Kunming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine may lead the research in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by acupuncture in the next few years.4.In the direction of acupuncture,acupotomy,acupuncture and electroacupuncture may be the research hotspots in this field.Internal heat needle,pestle needle,millefire needle,dial needle and press needle may be the emerging acupuncture methods in the past five years.In the direction of auxiliary acupuncture,massage,traction and traditional Chinese medicine may be the research hotspots in this field,while Mongolian medicine,rehabilitation training,bloodletting and Mc Kenji therapy may be emerging auxiliary acupuncture methods in the past five years.Jiaji point and A Shi point are hot points,and A Shi point and Qi Hai Shu are newly selected points in the past five years.The type of qi stagnation and blood stasis may become the type of hot spot syndrome.Data envelopment analysis is a new research method in recent years. |
