Study On The Regularity Of Acupoint Selection For Acupuncture Treatment Of Vertigo

Purpose:In this study,through the retrieval,collection,inclusion,exclusion,and sorting of the literature on acupuncture treatment of vertigo in the past 10 years,the selected acupuncture prescriptions were entered and analyzed,and the rules of acupuncture selection and matching were analyzed.To broaden the cognitive horizons of the disease,so as to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.Materials and methods:This study conducted a search for the literature on acupuncture treatment of vertigo from January 2010 to December 2020.Using the Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI)and Wanfang Medical Database,select "dizziness","needle" or "dizziness","needle" or "dizziness","acupuncture" or "dizziness","acupuncture" or "dizziness" for keywords,use manual retrieval methods to screen the retrieved documents based on inclusion and exclusion criteria,screen the entered acupuncture prescriptions and TCM syndromes and other related information,and organize the collected information records in Excel.Establish a "vertigo acupoint database" and use SPSS 22.0 statistical software and SPSS Modeler 18.0 statistical software for data mining,so as to scientifically and effectively analyze the law of acupuncture treatment of vertigo.Results:1.Frequency of acupoints: A total of 162 qualified documents were screened,and a total of 190 prescriptions were entered from the literature.The total number of acupoints entered was 107,and the total number of acupoints was 1,101.The frequency of acupoints was counted by SPSS,and the acupoints with the highest proportion were Wind pool,the frequency is 78.95%.The top 10 high-frequency acupuncture points are 150 times for Fengchi,124 times for Baihui,65 times for Neck Jiaji,52 times for Tianzhu,43 times for Zusanli,43 times for Taichong,34 times for Wangu,33 times for Neiguan,and Fourth 31 times in Shencong and 31 times in Taixi.2.Acupoints return to the meridian: Through the analysis of the meridians of all acupoints collected in this study,the number of acupoints in the "Foot Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian" is the most numerous,followed by "Governor Channel" and "Footyang Bladder Meridian" For the third.3.Specific acupoints: The specific acupoints with higher frequency of use are Jiaohui,Wushu and Yuan.The three most frequently used acupoints in Jiaohui are Fengchi,Baihui,and Wangu;the five Shu acupoints are used most frequently The three acupuncture points of the Chinese are Taichong,Zusanli,and Taixi;among the original acupoints,Taichong,Taixi,and Hegu are used more frequently.4.Cluster analysis results: SPSS 22.0 was used for systematic clustering of the top 25 acupoints in frequency,and 4 acupoint clusters were obtained,namely: "Fengfu,Dazhui,Cervical Jiaji";"Taichong,Taixi" ",Shenshu";"Baihui,Sishencong,Yintang,Taiyang,Shenting,Shuigou,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,Hegu,Fenglong,Zhongwan,Yinling Spring";"Tianzhu,Wangu,Fengchi,Neiguan,Touwei".5.Acupoint compatibility: Use association rules to analyze the compatibility of the "Dizziness Acupoint Database",which mainly includes 13 acupoints including Wangu,Neiguan,Sishencong,Taixi,Sanyinjiao,Fenglong,Dazhui,Taiyang,etc.,the top 5 The high-frequency pairs of points are: "Fengchi-Baihui" 65 times,"Fengchi-Neck Jiaji" 34 times,"Fengchi-Tianzhu" 27 times,"Fengchi-Taichong" 22 times,"Fengchi-Taichong" 22 times,"Chi-Wangu" 17 times,"Fengchi-Neiguan" 17 times,and "Tianzhu-Wangu" 17 times.6.Acupoint Syndrome Law: In this study,the data of acupoint prescriptions were analyzed by syndrome-acupoint association rules,and the 27 times of "Suppression of Liver Yang Syndrome-Fengchi" and "Stagnation of Phlegm-Turbidity-Fenglong" were the highest.A total of 6 syndromes and acupuncture points were obtained more than 5 times.Respectively,27 times of "Suppression of Liver Yang Syndrome-Feng Chi",27 times of "Stagnation of Phlegm-turbidity Syndrome-Fenglong",14 times of "Qi and Blood Deficiency Syndrome-Qihai",and "Insufficiency of Kidney Essence Syndrome-Baihui" 12 times,"Qi and blood deficiency syndrome-blood sea" 12 times,and "liver-yang hyperactivity syndrome-Xiaxi" 6 times.Conclusion:1."Fengchi,Baihui,Neck Jiaji,Tianzhu,Zusanli,Taichong,Wangu,Neiguan,Sishencong and Taixi" are the 10 acupuncture points with the highest frequency of occurrence of vertigo acupuncture.2.The main meridians of acupuncture points commonly used in vertigo are the Du Channel,the Gallbladder Channel and the Bladder Channel.3.The commonly used specific acupuncture points for vertigo are Jiaohui,Wushu and Yuan.4.The acupuncture points for vertigo are the most common points of "Fengchi-Baihui","Fengchi-Neck Jiaji" and "Fengchi-Tianzhu".
