Clinical Observation Of Nuangong Zhitong Decoction In The Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea With Cold Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective :To observe the clinical efficacy of Nuangong Zhitong Decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome),and to provide scientific basis for its application.Material and method: Eighty patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 40)and control group(n = 40).The treatment group was treated with Nuangong Zhitong Decoction and the control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained-release capsules.After 3 menstrual cycles of treatment,the VAS score,CMSS(frequency and degree)score,dysmenorrhea symptom score and TCM score of each group before and after treatment were recorded,and the TCM score was followed up for 3 months after the end of treatment.The data were analyzed using SPSS26.0 software package to evaluate the efficacy of the treatment control group.Results:1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in age,course of disease,VAS score,CMSS(frequency and degree)score,dysmenorrhea symptom score,single item score and TCM score between the two groups(P > 0.05),with comparability.2.After treatment,the comparison of VAS scores within groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups can significantly alleviate the pain of patients,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.3.After treatment,CMSS(frequency and degree)scores were statistically significant(P<0.05),and comparisons between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups can effectively reduce the occurrence of uncomfortable symptoms during dysmenorrhea Frequency and degree,the effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.4.After treatment,the dysmenorrhea symptom scores were statistically significant within the groups(P<0.05),and the comparison between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups can significantly alleviate the dysmenorrhea symptoms,and the effect of the treatment group is better than the control group.5.After treatment,the comparison of TCM syndrome scores within groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups can improve TCM syndromes,and the effect of the treatment group is better than the control group.6.The comparison of the individual syndrome scores within the group was statistically significant(P<0.05).When comparing between the groups,there was no significant difference in the scores of lower abdomen cold pain and duration(P>0.05),and the other items were statistically significant(P>0.05),suggesting that both groups can improve the TCM syndromes of primary dysmenorrhea,and there is no significant difference between the two in reducing pain and reducing the time of pain,but in improving menstruation,cold limbs,and pale complexion,etc.On the one hand,the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.7.In terms of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.74%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 69.23%.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.8.During follow-up 3 months after the end of treatment cycle,there was no significant difference in the single item score between the treatment group and the control group during follow-up(P > 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the TCM score(P > 0.05); there was significant difference in the single item score between the control group during follow-up and the control group after treatment(P < 0.05),but there was significant difference in the TCM score(P < 0.05);it suggested that the long-term efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Nuangong Zhitong Decoction can significantly reduce the degree of pain,improve menstruation and other accompanying symptoms in patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome,with good long-term efficacy,low recurrence rate and no obvious adverse reactions,which can be used in clinical practice.
