Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform To Explore The Medication Rules Of Famous Old Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Chronic Cough

Purpose: Use the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform" software to conduct data mining,explore the prescription rules of well-known traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic cough,and provide certain data support and reference basis for the clinically reasonable and effective drug use and the development of new drugs for the treatment of chronic cough.Materials and methods: Collect the three Chinese databases of CNKI,Wanfang and Weipu and the monographs stored in the library of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and collect the personal information,four diagnosis conditions,treatment methods and prescriptions of patients in medical records that meet the criteria for inclusion and exclusion Enter the system to build a "prescription database for famous and old traditional Chinese medicines for treating chronic cough";use the frequency statistics method of the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform" to obtain the frequency of drug use,the characteristics and flavors of menstruation,etc.;through the use of association rules,complex system entropy clustering Analysis methods such as data are collected to obtain high-frequency drug pairs,core drug combinations and new prescriptions for the treatment of chronic cough.Result:1.In this study,a total of 418 prescriptions for the treatment of chronic cough were entered,involving 286 kinds of Chinese medicines.The top 10 high-frequency medicines were:licorice,bitter almond,pinellia,platycodon,poria,aster,ephedra,scutellaria,perilla,Tangerine peel;the core of the four qi of the medicine is warm,cold and calming medicine;the five flavors tend to be bitter,sweet,and pungent;the main meridians are the lung,spleen,and stomach meridians,followed by the heart and liver meridians.2.Through the analysis of the prescription rule based on the association rules,the core drug prescriptions for the treatment of chronic cough can be drawn: licorice,bitter almond,pinellia,platycodon,poria,aster,ephedra,Qianhu,perilla,tangerine peel,scutellaria.3.Through the entropy cluster analysis of the complex system,15 new prescriptions can be obtained:(1)White peony root-licorice-cassia twig-Asarum-Dried ginger-Gualou-green bark;(2)Cicada slough-shegan-stiff silkworm-Stone calamus-white cardamom-one Tongcao;(3)sea cuttlebone-Agarwood-Edocarpus-Coptis;(4)Adenophora-Ophiopogon-Polygonatum-Rhizoma Rehmanniae-Dendrobium;(5)Tangerine peel-Poria-codonopsis-honeysuckle-reed root;(6)Indigo-Agarwood-Gardenia-purple Grass-mother-of-pearl-Ligustrum lucidum;(7)Uncaria generation ocher-glutinous rice roots-Dalbergia 137;(8)Eucommia ulmoides-Morus sylvestris-Acanthopanax-Goose tube stone-Yellow wattle;(9)Poria-Poria skin-Big belly Bark-honeysuckle vine-jujube seed-rice sprout;(10)aconite-cinnamon-psoralen-yellow wattle-Alisma orientalis-fangji;(11)white oldenlandia diffusa-dandelion-purple diced green leaves;(12)pinellia-tangerine peel-Poria-Scrophulariaceae-Rehmannia glutinosa-Ophiopogon japonicus;(13)Yu Liren,an acacia skin,a black vine and a birthwort;(14)Ligustrum lucidum-mulberry parasitic-Polygonatum-Gongliao leaf-Uncaria-dwarf tea;(15)White lentils-malt-Gu Ya-Divine Comedy-Hawthorn.Conclusion:1.The high-frequency medicine used by famous traditional Chinese medicine doctors to treat chronic cough is mainly to relieve phlegm,relieve cough and relieve asthma,and also use compatible anti-epidermic,heat-clearing and damp-drying medicine,Qi regulating medicine and so on.The drug has a mild nature and taste,and is used in combination with cold and temperature.It is characterized by pungent,bitter and sweet.2.The prescription of the core medicine for the treatment of chronic cough by the famous old Chinese medicine doctor is composed of the addition and subtraction of Sanao Decoction and Zhisou Powder.3.There are 13 new prescriptions recommended by famous and old Chinese doctors for the treatment of chronic cough.(A total of 15 new prescriptions,2 are not recommended)The new prescription(1)is used for cold drink and lung type;The new prescription(2)is used for laryngogenic cough caused by stagnation of heat in the lung guarding the lung,and the inverse lung qi;The new prescription(3)is used for gastric reflux cough with liver-stomach discord and gas against the lungs;The new prescription(4)is used for lung and stomach yin injury type;New prescription(5)Deficiency of the spleen and dampness,stagnation and
