Clinical Observation Of Jiedu Zhuyu Granules In The Treatment Of Mild To Moderate Ulcerative Colitis

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Professor Jiang Shumin's self-prepared prescription "Jiedu Zhuyu Granules" in the treatment of patients with mild to moderate ulcerative colitis of Damp-heat stasis type,and comprehensively evaluate its effectiveness and safety.Material and method:A collection of 63 patients with mild to moderate ulcerative colitis(Damp-heat stasis type)diagnosed in the outpatient department of Professor Jiang Shumin,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to October 2020,were randomly divided into treatment group 31 There are 32 cases in the control group.During the study,1 unqualified case was eliminated(1 case in the control group took other drugs during the test period).Therefore,a total of 62 cases were completed and recorded completely,31 cases in each of the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was given oral administration of Jiedu Zhuyu granules,and the control group was given mesalazine sustained-release granules for 3 months.The symptoms,signs,colonoscopy and other changes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed.All data were statistically analyzed using SPSS25.statistical software,and the total treatment efficiency,TCM syndrome score,Mayo score,Mayo endoscopy score before and after treatment were compared.The difference in score and mucosal healing rate.Results:1 In terms of curative effect,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.32%;the total effective rate of the control group was 74.19%.There was a significant difference in the distribution of curative effects between the two groups,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 Before treatment,the total score of the main symptoms,the scores of various symptoms,the Mayo score and the Mayo endoscopy sub-score were compared between the groups.The P value was greater than 0.05.There was no significant difference in the scores between the treatment group and the control group before treatment,and there was no statistical significance.3 Before and after treatment,the total score of the main symptoms,the scores of various symptoms,the Mayo score and the Mayo endoscopy sub-score were compared within the group.The P values were all less than 0.05.It seems that both groups can improve the symptoms of patients,which is statistically significant.4The treatment group and the control group were compared after treatment,and the P value was less than 0.05,and the overall effect of the treatment group was better than the control group,which was statistically significant.5In terms of the mucosal healing rate of the two groups of patients,the mucosal healing rate of the treatment group was 83.87%,and that of the control group was 54.84%.The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6The subjects in the two groups had no adverse reactions and toxic side effects during the medication,and the liver and kidney function,routine blood,urine and feces,electrocardiogram and other related examinations showed no abnormalities.The treatment plan was safe and effective.Conclusion:Both Jieduzhuyu Granules and Mesalazine Sustained Release Granules can improve the clinical symptoms of damp-heat stasis ulcerative colitis,and are safe and effective;Jieduzhuyu Granules have a more significant therapeutic effect on damp-heat stasis ulcerative colitis,and can relieve the clinical symptoms.Symptoms,improvement of Mayo score,endoscopic sub-score and mucosal healing are better than mesalazine sustained-release granules,clinically worthy of promotion...
