| Purpose:To explore the characteristics of shape and spirit changes in different stages of renal cancer patients and the rule of Chinese herbal medicine.Material and method:In this paper,a retrospective study method was used to select patients(including inpatient department and Professor Yin Dongfeng clinic)who were first diagnosed with renal cancer in the oncology department of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2017 to December 2020.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 54 cases meeting the inclusion criteria were selected.Excel was used to make tables,establish a database,and input patient information,including name,age,gender,clinical manifestations,pathological diagnosis,anti-tumor situation of Western medicine,and use of Chinese herbal pieces.54 patients were divided into four stages: radical stage,early stage of survival with tumor,late stage of survival with tumor,and terminal stage,The injury frequency,average injury index and injury index were calculated;The frequency of Chinese herbal pieces(top 30)was counted,and the proportion of shape and spirit treatment of Chinese Herbal Pieces in each period was calculated.Results:1.A total of 54 patients were included in this study.There were 17 females and 37 males,29 inpatients and 25 outpatients.The total frequency of medication was 1078.According to the severity of the disease,it can be divided into four stages.2.There were 17 patients in radical stage,with average shape injury index of 0 and average spirit injury index of 3.4;12 patients in early stage of survival with tumor,with average shape injury index of 0.9 and average spirit injury index of 3.9;23 patients in late stage of survival with tumor,with average shape injury index of 2.5 and average spirit injury index of 4.7;2 patients in terminal stage,with average shape injury index of 4 and average spirit injury index of 5.The average shape injury index and the average spirit injury index of patients in each stage showed a gradual upward trend.The mental injury index of each period was higher than that of the same period.3.The use of Chinese Herbal Pieces: among 54 cases,52 cases were treated with oral Chinese herbal decoction,and 2 cases of terminal patients were not treated with oral Chinese herbal decoction.The total frequency of medication was 1078.4%,16.4% and 69.2% in radical stage,9.6%,18.4% and 72% in early stage,and 9.5%,14% and 76.5% in late stage.Conclusion:1.From the radical stage to the terminal stage,the average shape injury index and the average spirit injury index increased gradually,and the spirit injury runs through all the time,so we should pay attention to the treatment of the spirit injury.2.In terms of medication,the proportion of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces for the treatment of physical injury is getting lower and lower,and the proportion of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces for the treatment of mental injury is getting higher and higher.In terms of medication for strengthening the body(treating the spirit),Liujunzi Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang decoction are used in the radical stage,Liujunzi Decoction is used as the base prescription in the early stage of tumor bearing survival,and Liqi analgesic drugs are added;Liujunzi Decoction and Xiaochaihu Decoction are used in the late stage of tumor bearing survival.3.In the whole course of the disease,the treatment of mental injury runs through the whole process.The proportion of Chinese Herbal Pieces for treating physical injury is inversely correlated with tumor staging.In the radical stage,the pursuit of absolute unity of form and spirit is achieved.In the early stage of survival with tumor,the pursuit of absolute unity of form and spirit is achieved.In the late stage of survival with tumor,the pursuit of relative unity of form and spirit is achieved.In the terminal stage,the pursuit of relative unity of form and spirit is achieved. |
