Acupuncture Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease Combined With Emotional Disease Based On The Concept Of "integration Of Form And Spirit"

Objective:With the social change,the epidemic trend of cardiovascular risk factors in China is obvious,which leads to the rapid increase of the incidence of cardiovascular diseases,which seriously threatens the health of the people and the safety of life.With the change of medical mode,the role of psychological factors in health and disease are widely discussed.Depression and anxiety are the most common psychological diseases of human beings.Epidemiological investigation reveals that depression and anxiety are independent risk factors in the development of coronary heart disease(CHD).It has a positive correlation with the incidence of CHD,and can increase and induce two cardiovascular events in patients with CHD.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),CHD is belong to the category of obstruction of heartache,and depression and anxiety are belong to the category of emotion diseases like lily disease,depressive syndrome etc.However,in a comprehensive view of the current research status,there are few literature studies on CHD combined with anxiety and depression,lack of systematic academic origin theory and failure to meet the mutual evidence of clinical research.In addition,the antidepressants of modern medicine for CHD combined with anxiety and depression have certain side effects,and their biological benefits are lower than the expected value,so it is not the best solution for the treatment of the disease.On the basis of the theory of "Regulation of Shen" by acupuncture and moxibustion as the core,the acupuncture process itself is a kind of regulating soma and spirit.According to this unique advantage,the purpose of this paper is that by reviewing the ancient literature,combined with the "Xin Zhu Shen Ming" theory to explore the importance and feasibility of acupuncture and moxibustion treating on obstruction of heartache with emotional diseases,provide ideas and methods of clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Based on the study of ancient documents,this paper puts forward the Environmental Material Response(EMR)model to sort out the ancient documents,and deduce the main results with the logical deduction of the analogical thinking and the analogical thinking of Chinese medicine.Content:The main structure of this paper is divided into three parts.Part I is the theoretical study.Part II is the method research and Part III is the discussion and the clinical application.PartI makes a theoretical study of three topics.It is divided into three chapters.Chapter 1 begins with the origin of the "Xin Shen",and the "Xin Shen" is the key to the development of Chinese traditional cultural philosophy and the core of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.The concept of "Xin" and "Shen" is the basic concept element for people to know the phenomena of the nature of the universe and human life.With various schools and doctors discussed in depth,it gradually becomes "Xin Shen" theoretical category.The theory of "Xin Zhu Shen Ming" in Neijing covers the three aspects of Chinese Philosophy in essence:the physiological level of nature,the social level of the humanities and the spiritual level of the unity of heaven and man.It finally forms the concept of wholism of the harmonization between soma and spirt.Based on this,the paper tracing the source of "Xin Shen" will help modern physical and mental illness to lay the foundation of the theory of traditional Chinese Medicine.Chapter 2 starts from obstruction of heartache with emotional diseases,and explores respectively widely both illnesses.And then,it researches the academic origins of overall longitudinal study of the obstruction of heartache with emotional disease.It makes more clearly to recognize this disease by collating the viewpoints of the successive dynasties of doctors.Chapter 3 begins with the theory of "Regulation of Shen" by acupuncture and moxibustion in Neijing,and discusses on the meaning of them."Regulation of Shen" has been developed from ancient philosophy of "Shen" theoretical category.The conception of Shen in Neijing gradually gets rid of the meaning of Gods and ghosts,and turns into the meaning of "natural law" and "marvelous variety in the principle" as the foundation.In chapter 25 of Suwen,the "Dao" of natural law has been transformed into the thought of whole-hearted regulation of Shen by acupuncture which is an internalized experience,and the internalized spirit can affect the physical activity of the human body.Therefore,according to the difference of the objects and levels,the author divides the regulation of Shen into a psychological and physiological level by reviewing the literature,and also explores it from doctor and patient's perspective to give the theory of regulation of Shen by acupuncture another expatiation.Part II focuses on the research methods of this paper.It is divided into two chapters.Chapter 1 introduces EMR model in great detail,and which includes the origin of the concept of the model,the elements of the model,the characteristics of the model and the connotation of the model application.The application and value of EMR model are expounded from many aspects.Chapter 2 introduces the logical deduction method used in this paper.The main logic deduction is the imagery thinking and analogical thinking of TCM,and we use them to analyze the main conclusions of this paper.Part III mainly explores the theoretical content of part I,which is in the collation and logic deduction by using EMR model of part II,and then it obtains the analysis results.We apply the results in clinical to hope that can guide clinical.This chapter is divided into two chapters.Chapter 1 sums up and analyzes the theoretical research by EMR model.(1)We analyze the relationship between the "Xin Zhu Shen Ming" and obstruction of heartache with emotional diseases from the connotation of Xin Shen to knowing the essence of the physical and mental illness,and from the relationship between the physiological and pathological interaction to obtaining the pathogenesis of this disease.It is to guide clinical practice by the theoretical basis.(2)We analyze the importance and feasibility of the theoretical connotation of regulation of Xin Shen by acupuncture and moxibustion treating the obstruction of heartache with emotional diseases.The theory of "Regulation of Shen" by acupuncture and moxibustion emphasizes highly on regulating the Xin Shen of doctor and patient.Combined with the theory of "Xin Zhu Shen Ming",heart is the only place to dominate Shen.Shen refers to the change of yin and Yang in human body,and produces physiological and psychological life activities.Acupuncture is a means of self-regulating and repairing of human body and heart also dominates the self-repair function.The ancients have realized the relationship of the principle of acupuncture and Xin Shen so that the theory of "Regulation of Shen" mainly emphasizes on regulating Xin Shen.Based on this,the regulation of Xin Shen by acupuncture is the adjusting process of the body and the spirit treatment.The key by using it to treating the obstruction of heartache with emotional diseases has been summarized the two aspects of physiology and psychology.On the physiological level,Shen is attached to shape so it is emphasized that doctors should master the pathogenesis of the disease,and select the appropriate meridians and acupoints so as to perform acupuncture therapy.In the process of acupuncture,the doctor should concentrate on the needle,carefully understand the sense of needles,use techniques to reinforcing and reducing Qi and blood,so as to restore the spirits of the patients.On the psychological level,Shen can dominate shape so the doctor guides the patient with the correct idea of "thinking",and exerts the patient's "subjective initiative",and the correct attitude has the support to the patient's self-adjustment and repair ability.The discussion and analysis of this chapter not only expound the theory of TCM,but also supplement it from the scientific aspect,and put forward the agreement between Qi and force,and between Shen and energy.Beside,combined with our own views,we explain the relationship among "Xin Zhu Shen Ming",obstruction of heartache with emotional disease and the regulation of Xin Shen by acupuncture to make the speculation more explicitly.The author puts forward a point of view to throw away a brick in order to get a gem and also strive for the inheritance and transformation of TCM theory to move towards another level.Chapter 2 bases on the core connotation of the regulation of Xin Shen by acupuncture to therapy obstruction of heartache with emotional disease in clinical application.According to the pathogenesis of the disease,the therapeutic principle is replenishing qi and blood,warming yang and meridian activating.The first choice for the treatment of meridian and collateral is Hand-jueyin Pericardium Meridian and accompanies by the Ren and Du Meridian,Foot-Taiyin Spleen Meridian,Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian.With those meridians,t they play the therapeutic effect on the treatment of the body and the spirit.Based on this,small sample clinical observation is conducted to provide new ideas and methods for guiding clinical practice from theoretical literature mining and for diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Conclusion:This study collates and sums up the ancient literature through the EMR model.Based on the theory of "heart Lord God",the heart is the main body to dominate the changes of human Yin and Yang and form physiological and psychological life activities.CHD with emotional disease is the abnormal body and function of heart so it appears synchronously the Xing and Shen disease(physical and mental disease).Xing disease is mean coronary artery disease and Shen disease is mean mental problem.Psychological activity is the reaction of internal organs,essence and Qi,and it has physiological basis.With the theory of "Regulation of Shen" by acupuncture and moxibustion,the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion at the same time as physiology and psychology is an adjustment process of "the combination of soma and spirit",so the diagnosis and treatment model is beneficial to the advantage of the diagnosis and treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine in "double heart disease " of obstruction of heartache with emotional disease.The innovation of this study:(1)The innovation of document sorting method:the EMR model is proposed as the literature sorting and induction.This model can not only arrange the tedious literature according to the causality law,but also deduce all the events through it,and obtain certain results.Therefore,the integration and modeling of EMR models can be one of the options for innovative research methods in TCM.(2)The innovation of the idea and method for diagnosis and treatment:the paper emphasizes on the treatment mode of harmonization between soma and spirit by acupuncture and moxibustion with the advantage of the diagnosis and treatment in CHD with emotional disease.The way provides opportunities and breakthrough points for the prevention and treatment of modern "double heart disease".
