Objective:1.To investigate the occurrence of occupational low back pain among nursing staff in three Grade-A hospitals in Shenyang, and to analyze the influencing factors from different angles and levels,so as to find out the main influencing factors of occupational low back pain among nursing staff,so as to reduce the occupational injury of nursing staff.2.Through the clinical trial of muscle acupuncture combined with protection knowledge education and training in the treatment of nursing staff with occupational low back pain,to verify its effectiveness and provide the basis for clinical treatment of nursing staff with occupational low back pain,so as to improve the health level and work quality of nursing staff and maintain the stability of nursing team.Method:1.Thesis 1:from April 2019 to December 2019,360 nursing staff in three third class A hospitals(Shenyang Fourth People's Hospital,Affiliated Central Hospital of Shenyang Medical College and Shenyang orthopedic hospital)were investigated. The researchers introduced the methods and requirements of questionnaire filling to nurses in various hospitals. The form of online questionnaire is used to ask the nurses to fill in the questionnaire according to the actual situation and independently. The questionnaire of influencing factors of lumbago designed by ourselves was used to investigate and analyze the influencing factors of professional lumbago in nursing staff.SPSS22.0 was used to input and process the collected data.Univariate analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the general information, clinical work conditions and the prevalence of occupational low back pain. The measurement data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA or t test, and the count data were analyzed by?~2test.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the prevalence of occupational low back pain and its general information and clinical work,P<0.05,with statistical significance.2.Thesis 2:from February 2020 to October 2020,60 nurses with occupational low back pain who met the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria and removal criteria of this study from three Grade-A hospitals in Shenyang(Shenyang Fourth People's Hospital,Affiliated Central Hospital of Shenyang Medical College and Shenyang orthopedic hospital)were included in the study. The subjects were randomly divided into Jingjin group and exercise group,30 cases in each group. The exercise group was treated with education and training of protection knowledge combined with exercise therapy, while the Jingjin group was treated with education and training of protection knowledge combined with Jingjin acupuncture. The patients in the two groups were treated 1 time a day,5 times as a course of treatment, with an interval of 2 days between each course, for a total of 4 courses, before treatment,2courses of treatment and 2 courses of treatment respectively After treatment, the VAS score,ODI score and SAS score of all patients were evaluated respectively after 2courses of treatment and after treatment. The data were analyzed and processed by SPSS22.0.Results:1.Thesis 1:(1)A total of 360 nurses participated in this study and 352 valid questionnaires were collected. There were 326 female nurses, accounting for 92.61%of the total number, and 26 male nurses, accounting for 7.39%of the total number;the minimum age of the investigated nurses was 20 years old,the maximum age was 50 years old,and the average age was(30.38±7.31)years old.(2)In this survey,191 nurses had low back pain in the past year, accounting for54.26%of the total number.(3)Gender,age,body mass index, marital status, whether having children, whether being the main undertaker of housework, education background, length of service, professional title, daily standing time, daily times of moving and lifting instruments, work intensity, whether taking relevant measures to prevent low back pain, understanding of low back pain protection knowledge, whether the Department organizes training on low back pain protection knowledge, and Anxiety, work pressure and other indicators were associated with the prevalence of occupational low back pain(P<0.05).(4)Logistic regression showed that age, work intensity, degree of anxiety and whether the Department organized to carry out low back pain protection knowledge training had a greater impact on professional low back pain of nursing staff(P<0.05).2.Thesis 2:(1)The VAS scores of the two groups after two courses of treatment and after treatment were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the Jingjin group was better than the exercise group(P<0.05).(2)The ODI scores of the two groups were significantly improved after 2 courses of treatment and after the end of treatment(P<0.05),and the Jingjin group was better than the exercise group(P<0.05).(3)The SAS scores of the two groups after 2 courses of treatment and after treatment were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the Jingjin group was better than the exercise group(P<0.05).(4)After 2 courses of treatment, the total effective rate of Jingjin group was 86.67%,and that of exercise group was 63.33%,which was better than that of exercise group,P<0.05;the cure rate of Jingjin group was 23.33%,and that of exercise group was3.33%,which was better than that of exercise group,P<0.05.(5)After treatment, the total effective rate of Jingjin group was 93.33%,the total effective rate of exercise group was 73.33%,Jingjin group was better than exercise group,P<0.05;the cure rate of Jingjin group was 33.33%,the cure rate of exercise group was 10.00%,and Jingjin group was better than exercise group,P<0.05.Conclusion:1.The prevalence of occupational low back pain among nurses in three Grade-A hospitals(Shenyang Fourth People's Hospital,Affiliated Central Hospital of Shenyang Medical College and Shenyang orthopedic hospital)is basically consistent with the research results of the prevalence of occupational low back pain among nurses indicated by literature review at home and abroad.2.Age,daily work intensity and anxiety are the risk factors of nursing staff's occupational low back pain.Whether the Department provides training on low back pain related knowledge is the protective factor of nursing staff's occupational low back pain.3.Jingjin acupuncture combined with protection knowledge education and training has definite clinical effect in the treatment of occupational low back pain, which can reduce the symptoms of low back pain, improve dysfunction and reduce anxiety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
