| Objective:To investigate the efficacy of the sling exercise therapy cure chronic low back pain.Methods:15 healthy subjects aged 3140 years old and15 healthy subjects aged 4150 years old were recruited,who were divided into A1 group and A2 group respectively.30 cases of patients aged 3140years old with chronic low back pain and 30 cases of patients aged 4150years old with chronic low back pain who were treated in department of rehabilitation medicine of the first hospital of Shanxi Medical Universityfrom July 2016 to December 2017 were selected.The patients aged 3140 years old randomly divided into B1 group(15 cases)and C1 group(15 cases)and the patients aged 4150 years old randomlydivided into B2 group(15 cases)and C2 group(15 cases).B1 groupand B2 group received conventional drug treatment,C1 groupand C2 group treated with the SET.Before and 4 weeks after treatment,through the MyoTrac Encoder instrument measuring FR ratio of spinal erectors of the subjects Measuring the patients’subjective index of the degree of pain,dysfunction and lumbar dysfunction degree by VAS,ODI and RMQ scale.Through the tape measure measuring lumbar active motion(the Range of motion,ROM),with manual muscle testing method to assess the subjects trunk inflexional and outstretched strength,with a stopwatch to determine subjects trunk inflexional and outstretched endurance.Results:(1)4 weeks after treatment,FR ratio of spinal erectors,trunk inflexional and outstretched strength,trunk inflexional and outstretched endurance,each direction of lumbar motion,ODI score,RMQ score,VAS score of B1 group and C1 group were significantly ameliorated(P<0.01),and the C1 group amelioratedmore significantly(P<0.05),which was closer to the A1 group.(2)4 weeks after treatment,FR ratio of spinal erectors,trunk inflexional and outstretched strength,trunk inflexional and outstretched endurance,each direction of lumbar motion,ODI score,RMQ score,VAS score of B2 group and C2 group were significantly ameliorated(P<0.01),and the C2 group ameliorated more significantly(P<0.05),which was closer to the A2 group.(3)After 4 weeks of treatment,B1 group was significantly better than that of B2 group in lumbar flexor and extensor muscle endurance and lumbar left flexion ROM(P<0.05).(4)After 4 weeks of treatment,C1 group was significantly better than that of C2 group inlumbar extensor muscle endurance,lumbar left and right flexion ROM,lumbar stretching back ROM,ODI score and RMQ score(p<0.05).(5)The FR ratio of the spinal erectors was negatively correlated with the ODI score,VAS score and RMQ score,and was positively correlated with the lumbar anterior flexion ROM and the lumbar extension ROM.Conclusion:(1)The routine therapy and SET have promoting effect for ameliorated the patients’FR ratio of spinal erectors,trunk inflexional and outstretched strength,trunk inflexional and outstretched endurance,each direction of lumbar motion,lumbar disability and degree of pain,and the SET is better.(2)Under conventional drug therapy,the younger patients with chronic low back pain,the more obvious the improvement of the flexor and extensor muscle endurance of the trunk and the left flexion of the lumbar spine.(3)In the treatment of SET,the younger patients with chronic low back pain,the better of the lumbar extensor muscle endurance,lumbar left and right flexion ROM,lumbar stretching back ROM and lumbar disability.(4)FR ratio of spinal erectors was increased with the decrease of lumbar disability and degree of pain,and increased with the increase of lumbar anterior flexion ROM and lumbar extension ROM. |
