Clinical Observation Of Shenqi Jieyu Granules Intervention On Angina Pectoris Combined With Depression And Anxiety After PCI

Objective:To explore the effectiveness and safety of Shenqi Jieyu Granules for patients with angina pectoris combined with depression and anxiety(phlegm and blood stasiscombined with qi depression)after PCI,in order to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Materials and methods:From March 2019 to July 2020,patients who were admitted to the first cardiology department and ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the cardiology department and ward of the Liaoning Provincial People's Hospital and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria with depression and anxiety after PCI were selected There were 80 patients in the state(phlegm and blood stasis combined with qi depression).Adopting a real-world research design,screening andenrollment in strict accordance with diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,and exclusion criteria.Patients enrolled in the first cardiology department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine entered the treatment group;patients enrolled in the cardiology department of Liaoning Provincial People's Hospital entered the control group.There were 40 patients in each group.Both groups were given conventional Western medicine treatment for coronary heart disease,including aspirin enteric-coatedtablets,clopidogrel bisulfate tablets or ticagrelor tablets,atorvastatin calcium tablets orrosuvastatin calcium tablets.The treatment group was given Shenqi Jieyu Granules(provided by the granule pharmacy of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of TraditionalChinese Medicine)on the basis of conventional oral western medicine treatment.Mainingredients:Polygala,Shichangpu,Ginseng,Salvia,Panax notoginseng,Turmeric,Albizia,Bupleurum,Cyperus rotundus,lily,mother-of-pearl,licorice),take 150ml of boiling water twice in the morning and evening.The course of treatment is 8 weeks.Before enrollment and8 weeks after taking the medicine,scores of TCM syndromes,HAMA reduction rate andHAMD reduction rate,HAMA,HAMD,Seattle Angina Scale,SDS,SAS,PHQ-9,GAD-7and other indicators and scales Perform evaluation,collect basic patient information,use EXCEL software to archive the data,and use SPSS22.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:1.Due to the loss of cases during the observation period,this trial finally included 77 cases,including 39 cases in the test group and 38 cases in the control group.There was no statistical difference in age,gender and pre-treatment scores of the included cases.2.In the evaluation of the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.44%,the total effective rate of the control group was 57.14%,and the totaleffective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.After TCM syndrome score treatment,there was a statistical difference between groups at P<0.05,and Shenqi Jieyu Granules were effective in improving TCM syndromes.Comparison ofindividual symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine after treatment between groups,chest pain,chest tightness,shortness of breath,excessive thoughts and easy crying,restlessness,insomnia and dreaminess,pale complexion,6 items,P~?<0.05,there is a statistical difference,suggesting that it is reducing the individual symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine The treatment group is better than the control group.3.Evaluation of the curative effect of depression and anxiety,both HAMD reduction rate and HAMA reduction rate P<0.05,that is,the treatment group is significantly better than thecontrol group in the evaluation of the efficacy of depression and anxiety.Comparing the 6items of HAMA,HAMD,SAS,SDS,PHQ-9,GAD-7 after treatment,all P<0.05 showed statistical difference.The treatment group can alleviate depression and anxiety,and Shenqi Jieyu Granules can improve depression Effective in anxious state.4.The five points in the Seattle Angina Pectoris Scale were compared one by one aftertreatment,including:physical activity limitation,angina stable state,angina attacks,treatment satisfaction,and disease awareness,all P<0.05,It is suggested that the treatment group canreduce the degree of angina pectoris and relieve the limb symptoms of the patients.Shenqi Jieyu Granules can relieve the clinical symptoms of angina pectoris after PCI.Conclusion:1.P~?<0.05 in terms of chest pain,chest tightness,shortness of breath,excessive thoughts and easy crying,restlessness,insomnia,and pale complexion in the individual symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine,which is better than the control group.Shenqi Jieyu Granules can effectively improve the TCM syndromes of patients with phlegm and blood stasis and Qi depression.2.Comparison of HAMA score reduction rate and HAMD score reduction rate between groups after treatment,HAMA,HAMD,SDS,SAS,PHQ-9,GAD-7 8 indicators,P<0.05,suggesting that the treatment group can effectively alleviate the patient's depression and anxiety state,Shenqi Jieyu Granules have a very good effect on improving depression and anxiety.3.Comparison between groups after treatment,the comparison of the five points in the Seattle Angina Pectoris Scale showed that all P<0.05,suggesting that the treatment group can reduce the degree of angina pectoris in patients.Shenqi Jieyu Granules can relieve the clinicalsymptoms of angina pectoris after PCI.
