Preliminary Discussion On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Practice Framework For Chronic Lung Disease

Purpose:By consulting the literature of chronic lung disease,pulmonary rehabilitation and related national policies and regulations,and applying the methods of literature collation and data statistical analysis,this study summarizes the relevant elements of TCM rehabilitation of chronic lung disease.preliminary discussion on the framework of TCM rehabilitation practice of chronic lung disease,in order to provide basic support for the construction of TCM pulmonary rehabilitation.Method:By using the method of literature collation and data statistical analysis,this study first collected and sorted out the literature on chronic lung disease,pulmonary rehabilitation and relevant national policies and regulations,analyzed the relevant information about the application of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic lung disease,and put the above information into the Excel table,and used the statistical method of frequency analysis to analyze its inherent law.According to the relevant literature,guidelines and personal experience,this paper analyzes and discusses the data and information,summarizes the relevant elements of the TCM rehabilitation practice framework of chronic lung disease,and preliminarily discusses the practice framework of TCM rehabilitation of chronic lung disease.Results:According to the results of literature research,346 related literatures were included,and the Excel table was established to summarize 9 kinds of elements of TCM rehabilitation of chronic lung disease.It includes 9 categories of related members(patients,family members,rehabilitation therapists,clinicians,nurses,pharmacists,psychologists,social volunteers and leading organizations),2 categories and 10 small categories of rehabilitation intervention therapy(internal treatment intervention therapy,external treatment intervention therapy)(oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine preparations,diet,atomization of traditional Chinese medicine,external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,exercise training,breathing guidance,massage,scraping,cupping and emotional conditioning of traditional Chinese medicine),four basic principles(standardization and individualization,information systematization,holistic and dialectical view and prevention foresight),professional literacy,resource allocation,service mode,platform construction,relevant policies and regulations and the four orderly stages of the framework of TCM rehabilitation practice for chronic lung diseases(diagnosis and treatment information collection stage,diagnosis and treatment information evaluation stage,rehabilitation intervention stage and follow-up visit stage).Conclusions:On the basis of sorting out the literature of chronic lung disease,pulmonary rehabilitation and related national policies and regulations,and using the statistical analysis of data,this study preliminarily discusses the framework of TCM rehabilitation practice of chronic lung disease.The framework of TCM rehabilitation practice of chronic lung disease contains rich elements: basic principles of TCM rehabilitation of chronic lung disease,rehabilitation-related members,professional literacy,rehabilitation intervention therapy,relevant policies and regulations,rehabilitation resource allocation,rehabilitation platform construction,diagnosis and treatment service mode and orderly rehabilitation process.
