Clinical Observation Of Self-made Rupi Antong Decoction In The Treatment Of Rupi With Liver Stagnation And Qi Stagnation

Purpose:The purpose of this study is to observe the curative effect of Rupi Antong Decoction in the treatment of patients with liver depression and qi stagnation type of Rupi,and to explore the thought and theoretical basis of Dr.Xu Bin's cubic drug use,so as to provide richer theoretical research and clinical basis for the treatment of Rupi with traditional Chinese medicine.Material and method:1.Research subjects:According to the inclusion criteria,60 clinical cases of liver depression and qi stagnation type of mastia treated by Professor Xu Bin in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine from 2019 to 2021 were collected.2.Experimental methods: The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group took Rupi Antong Decoction 100 ml three times a day,and the control group took Rupixiao tablets 2 tablets three times a day.3.Observation indexes:(1)The degree of breast pain;(2)The hardness of breast mass;(3)The size of breast mass(Color ultrasonography of breast was performed before and after treatment,according to the reported data and BI-RADS grading observation indexes).Results:1.Through the observation of clinical curative effect,the results show that: 30 people in the experimental group,20 people are markedly effective,and 9 people are effectiveand 1 patient was ineffective.the effective rate was 96.67%.In the control group,there were 30 patients,1patient fell off and 5 patients were markedly effective,20 cases effective and 4 cases ineffective.the effective rate was 86.2%.According to the data,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group after the end of the treatment.The rank sum test showed that z = 3.769,P= 0.000(P< 0.05),with significant difference,that is,the treatment of the two groups were effective,but the treatment effect of the experimental group was far better than that of the control group.2.Through the independent sample t-test of the clinical symptoms and signs scores after treatment,it can be seen that the degree of pain in different groups(t =-2.706,P = 0.011,P<0.05)has statistical significance: the hardness of the mass(t=3.611,P= 0.001,P<0.05)has significant difference;the size of the mass(t = 2.779,P = 0.009,P<0.05)has significant difference.It shows that the treatment effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.The therapeutic effect of Rupi Antong Decoction in the experimental group was better than that of Rupixiao tablets in the control group;2.Rupi Antong decoction is effective in the treatment of liver depression and qi stagnation type of Rupi;3.Rupi Antong decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,including the degree of pain,tumor hardness and tumor size,which is worthy of clinical application.
