Objectives:Inheritance the clinical experience of famous old doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).To apply and observe the clinical curative effect of root-severing method on Rupi of the Type of Stasis of Liver-qi.So as to Provide new ideas and methods in clinical therapy.Methods:Make the 60 Patients with Rupi of the Type of Stasis of Liver-qi randomly assigned into the treat group of 30 cases and the control group of 30 cases. The treat group:we chose the Points according to root-severing method.The control group:we chose the conventional acupuncture Points(ST15,RN17,ST36,SP6,LR3) to do therapy.Course and frequency:2 courses of treatment,once a week for 10 times as a course,and had a break during menstrual Period.Record the symptom score of both groups before and after the complete treatment course. Symptom score contained breast Pain score, breast lumps score and total score of symptoms.By before and after comparison, the overall effect observed in clinical situations.Results:Treat group and control group are comparable groups with even baseline(P>0.05).Both groups breast Pain score, breast lumps score and total score of symptoms are statistically significant after treatment.the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05) by comparing the overall clinical efficacy.Conclusion:Symptom of Patients with Rupi of the Type of Stasis of Liver-qi.The extent of treat group decreased more than control group in breast Pain score, breast lumps score and total score of symptoms.By comparing the overall clinical efficacy we can see he treat group is superior to the control group.
