| Purpose: Through data mining,this paper analyzed,generalized and summarized the medication characteristics and prescription rules of post herpetic neuralgia(PHN)treated by modern clinical doctors in recent 20 years,so as to provide new ideas and effective basis for clinical treatment of PHN.Materials and methods: From using computer search as a tool,the relevant literatures on oral Chinese medicine for treating neuralgia after herpes zoster are searched by searching the relevant documents published in Wanfang database,VIP and CNKI from January 1,2000 to December 31,2020.The relevant documents that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria are selected,and the qualified prescription is searched by two persons Proofreading will input it into Auxiliary Platform for Chinese Medicine Inheritance v2.5,data mining methods,such as association analysis,frequency analysis,complex system entropy cluster analysis,are used to analyze the traditional Chinese medicine in the qualified prescriptions in the input platform,and sort out the medication frequency,nature,taste,meridian and common compatibility.The association rules,core drugs and new prescriptions were extracted.The results were analyzed,and the prescription rules of oral Chinese medicine for treating postherpetic neuralgia were summarized.Result: Finally,a total of 246 literatures were selected,including 252 complete prescriptions and 187 traditional Chinese medicines.The cumulative frequency of traditional Chinese medicines use was 2814 times1.The top ten traditional Chinese medicines in terms of medication frequency are Angelica sinensis,licorice,safflower,peach kernel,chuanxiong,corydalis,bupleurum,red peony,white peony,astragalus.Traditional Chinese medicine for postherpetic neuralgia is the most warm drugs,followed by cold drugs;five flavors are mainly bitter,spicy and sweet;mainly belong to liver,heart and spleen channels.74 kinds of drugs used more than or equal to 5 times were analyzed.The results showed that the total frequency of use was 2602,accounting for 92.47% of the total frequency.According to the efficacy,it can be divided into 12 categories: drugs for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis(915times),drugs for tonifying deficiency(632 times),drugs for clearing away heat(359 times),drugs for calming liver and calming wind(193 times),drugs for regulating qi(166 times),drugs for relieving exterior syndrome(163 times),drugs for diuresis and dampness(61 times),drugs for resolving phlegm,relieving cough and asthma(36 times),the drugs for dispelling wind and dampness(32 times),the drugs for sedative(20 times),the drugs for purgative(15 times)and the drugs for hemostatic(10 times).2.Relying on the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform v2.5,the adjustment support was 0.9,the number of adjustment support was 60,and the adjustment confidence was 90%.39 association rules,59 groups of drugs,and 11 core drugs(red peony,safflower,peach kernel,chuanxiong,astragalus,angelica,licorice,white peony,radix rehmanniae,bupleurum,corydalis)were obtained.The top ten drug combinations were: safflower,peach kernel;safflower,angelica;peach kernel,angelica;licorice,angelica;safflower,peach kernel,angelica;chuanxiong,angelica;safflower,chuanxiong;chuanxiong,peach kernel;safflower,chuanxiong,peach kernel;safflower,chuanxiong,angelica.3.When the correlation degree was set to 8 and the punishment degree was set to 2,the patients included in this study were treated with oral Chinese medicine for postherpetic sequelae.Based on unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering analysis,10 new prescriptions for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia were obtained.New prescription 1:forsythia,dandelion,honeysuckle,Chinese violet.New prescription 2: ophiopogon japonicus,lycium barbarum,scrophularia ningpoensis,glehnia littoralis,asparagus cochinchinensis.New prescription 3: frankincense,ophiopogon japonicus,myrrh,wulingzhi,rhizoma cyperi,notopterygium.New prescription 4: centipede,scorpion,schisandra,purslane,aconite.New prescription 5: codonopsis pilosula,astragalus membranaceus,atractylodes macrocephala koidz,oyster,keel.New prescription 6: radix rehmanniae,rhubarb,pangolin,fructus aurantii immaturus,achyranthes bidentata,platycodon grandiflorum.New prescription 7: chuanxiong,peach kernel,gardenia,chinses angelica,safflower.New prescription 8: albizia julibrissin,gastrodia elata,bombyx batryticatus,lettuce seed.New prescription 9: radix aucklandiae,caulis spatholobi,pericarpium citri reticulatae,euonymus alatus,sparganium.New prescription 10: oyster,ochre,mother of pearl,magnetite,keel,glehnia littoralis.Conclusion:1.The drugs used by modern doctors to treat postherpetic neuralgia are mainly warm and cold,the five flavors are mainly bitter,pungent and sweet,and the channel tropism is mainly liver channel,heart channel and spleen channel.2.The main principle of clinical treatment of postherpetic neuralgia is to support the normal and tonify the deficiency,eliminate pathogenic factors and reduce excess.Core drugs are: red peony,safflower,peach kernel,chuanxiong,astragalus,angelica,licorice,white peony,radix rehmanniae,bupleurum,corydalis.3.The new prescription mainly treats postherpetic neuralgia from four aspects: activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis,promoting qi to relieve pain;calming the liver and calming the wind,dredging collaterals to relieve pain;tonifying deficiency;clearing away heat,which provides a new way of selecting prescription and medication for clinical treatment of this disease. |
