Research On The Impact Mechanism, Comprehensive Evaluation And Governance Path Of Drug Safety

There are many factors affecting drug safety,and the more important ones are government regulations and corporate social responsibility.However,under the dual influence of the failure of drug government regulations and the lack of corporate social responsibility,China's drug safety incidents have occurred frequently in recent years.Therefore,this article first analyzes the impact mechanism of drug safety from the dual perspectives of government and enterprises through structural equation modeling and mediating effect analysis.Secondly,on the basis of the influence mechanism,a drug safety evaluation index system based on the dual influence of government regulations and corporate social responsibility is constructed,and the evaluation is carried out through the cloud model.Finally,the drug safety system dynamics model was designed to study the drug safety governance path in China,aiming at the dual impact of the government regulation failure and the lack of corporate social responsibility.The results showed as follows: 1)In terms of influence mechanism,government regulation directly affects drug safety,and it can also have a positive impact on corporate social responsibility,which in turn has a positive impact on drug safety,thus forming an indirect impact that government regulation positively affects drug safety.Government regulation,as an external factor,plays an internal role in drug safety through corporate social responsibility,and corporate social responsibility,as an intermediary bridge under the influence of government regulation,further affects drug safety.2)In terms of comprehensive evaluation,the comprehensive evaluation results of both government regulation and corporate social responsibility are between "poor" and "average".The quantitative results indicate that China is in the state of government regulation failure and corporate social responsibility deficiency.It means that drug safety in China is affected by the failure of government regulation and the lack of corporate social responsibility.3)In terms of governance path,government investment in safety,government supervision efficiency,government science popularization,and corporate social responsibility investment all have a certain improvement effect on drug safety.In comparison,among the four groups,the improvement effect of government security investment is the most obvious,followed by government science popularization,corporate social responsibility investment,and the improvement effect of government supervision efficiency is the least obvious.Therefore,this paper proposes the following countermeasures to provide reference for the improvement of drug safety management in China.The government should give priority to regulation investment and improve supervision efficiency.Scientific popularization of drug safety should be attached importance to enhance public participation.Pay attention to corporate social responsibility and strengthen the construction of enterprise self-discipline.Government-enterprise collaboration should be promoted to exert multiple forces to govern.
