A Study On The Basic Medical Insurance Satisfaction Of Urban And Rural Residents In Bishan District, Chongqing

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of my country pointed out that the main contradiction in our society has changed into "the contradiction between the people's ever-increasing need for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development." The manifestation in the field of medical insurance is the contradiction between the people's expectation for more reliable medical insurance,higher-level medical and health services and an unbalanced and inadequate medical insurance system.Therefore,it is very important to improve the satisfaction of urban and rural residents with medical insurance.The implementation of the basic medical insurance system for urban and rural residents has achieved remarkable results so far.At the same time,there are also outstanding problems such as the decline in the insurance participation rate,the rising medical expenses,and the gathering of large hospitals for medical treatment.This research is based on the medical insurance "triangular square" system theory,customer satisfaction theory,and attribution theory.Based on the survey data of 300 resident medical insurance participants satisfaction questionnaires in Bishan District,Chongqing City,a descriptive analysis of medical insurance economics The current status of medical insurance policies and overall satisfaction of medical insurance policies of medical institutions,designated medical institutions,residents,and the influence of individual attributes of samples on the overall satisfaction of medical insurance using variance analysis.Regression analysis is used to identify relevant causal variables and significant factors that affect satisfaction.The survey results show that the overall average satisfaction rate of medical insurance for urban and rural residents in Bishan District,Chongqing is 3.47,indicating that insured persons are generally satisfied with the current medical insurance system for urban and rural residents.There is a causal relationship between the satisfaction of medical insurance agencies,the satisfaction of designated medical institutions,the satisfaction of residents' medical insurance policies and the overall satisfaction of medical insurance,and the degree of influence is uneven.Among them,the publicity work of medical insurance agencies,the efficiency of staff,the technical level of medical staff in designated medical institutions,medical expenses,diagnosis and treatment facilities,diagnosis and treatment environment,medical staff service attitude,the scope of reimbursable drugs in medical insurance policies,and individuals The level of payment and the proportion of reimbursement are key factors that affect overall satisfaction.The average monthly income in demographic characteristics and the degree of understanding of policies have a significant impact on overall satisfaction.Combining the actual situation in Bishan District,we put forward suggestions for improving residents' medical insurance satisfaction: one is to improve the service capabilities of agencies,the other is to strengthen the construction and management of medical institutions,and the third is to improve the medical insurance policy for urban and rural residents.
