Design And Implementation Of Self-Service Terminal Equipment Monitoring System For S Hospital

Intelligent terminal equipment has become an important service resource in hospitals all over the country,which can provide patients with medical services such as registration,payment and report printing in the form of self-service.Therefore,it effectively improves the medical service efficiency of the hospital and reduces the human resource cost.The number of self-service medical terminals in S hospital has increased rapidly in recent years,the pressure of terminal equipment operation monitoring and business data collection is increasing,and the pressure of equipment maintenance staff is relatively high.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designed and implemented a set of monitoring and management software for S hospital's self-service medical terminal equipment,and specifically conducted the following research work in the paper:(1)According to the deployment and application of the medical self-service terminal service equipment in S hospital,the business environment and overall development goal of the equipment monitoring and management software were analyzed and investigated.The related functions and performance objectives that the system needs to achieve are sorted out,and the functional objectives within the system mainly include equipment information management,operation monitoring management,query statistics management,business data management and other aspects.(2)By using intermediate communication agent technology,Java Web technology,database technology,etc.,the technical scheme design of self-service terminal equipment monitoring system is carried out.The overall function scheme of the system and the logic model framework of the internal function modules were investigated and the system function was developed by using JSP technology.And the application mode and technical points of the system are discussed.(3)Through the actual deployment of the system in S hospital,the system was tested and analyzed.The test process of the system is described,the test results of the system are collated,the research results of the system are reviewed,and the functions and performances of the system are obtained to meet the expected requirements.At present,the self-service terminal equipment monitoring system has been deployed and used in the internal network of S hospital,which has solved the problem of the lack of automatic management tools for the self-service terminal equipment and the low efficiency of business data integration before the deployment of the system.
