Influenced by the widespread penetration of network and digital mobile devices,life is experiencing an increasing reliance on algorithms and data to manage all aspects of daily activities in the 21st century.Moreover,the power of digital penetration is also imposing influence on our health,which is one of the most important aspect of our life.Accompanying by the development of ICT(Information and Communication Technology),the digitalization trends has quietly appeared in the area of medical care.Digital health emerged in the 1990s,covering all the forms of technology introduced in the medical care,and the aims of digital health is to improve medical services with digital tools and ICT.Different from the traditional medical,digital health focuses on disease prevention and management,collects the data using the technology,and achieves information sharing.Medical care provider can check patient data anytime and anywhere with the help of digital health,in order to provide more accessible and fair medical services.The advent of digital health has revolutionized clinical practice from prevention to diagnosis,and from surveillance to disease management,which enables the unprecedented self-management and self-participation,with an unprecedented impact on the health and well-being.Digital health brings new hopes to the global health governance,but there are many obstacles in the processing,such as the Internet penetration rate,the phone coverage,the user's different attitudes,and digital health literacy.The future development of digital health needs to further strengthen the standardization process and international cooperation,in order to enable digital health to serve better global public health governance in the underground of digitalization in medical services.
