Research On The Realistic Dilemma And Feasible Path Of Global Public Health Governance

At the end of 2019,a sudden outbreak of the epidemic has swept the world,not only poses a huge threat to the health and life safety of people all over the world,but also has a major impact on the development of the world economy.The global spread of COVID-19 is one of the forms of in-depth development of globalization.Globalization has made countries around the world unite into an "interdependent" community of shared future.Infectious diseases are also rampant in the world through the "convenient access" provided by globalization.Public health security is becoming a major problem facing all countries.The issue of public health crisis has increasingly become a major problem faced by all countries in the world,and it has also attracted the attention of all countries in the world.At the same time,it has also aroused the common concern of all countries around the world.The difficulty of its governance has also increased,and global public health governance is facing huge challenges.The public nature of global public health governance determines that the governance of public health depends on the cooperation among all countries in the world,especially the effective cooperation among major countries.In the fight against COVID-19,the coordination and cooperation mechanism among countries is not perfect,the international community needs to improve its ability to deal with the global public health crisis,and global public health governance is facing many difficulties and challenges.The COVID-19 outbreak has further highlighted the many difficulties faced by global public health governance,such as the lack of a International public health governance system,the constraints of the existence of "fragile states" in the world,and the weakening of the willingness of major countries to cooperate.In order to effectively solve the real dilemma of global public health governance,this paper further analyses the underlying causes of its dilemma in the perspective of international politics.The anarchy of the international community,the objective dilemma of collective action and the difficulty of coordinating national interests are all important factors that produce the realistic dilemma of global public health governance.Based on this,the feasible way of global public health governance is to set up community health concept,strengthen international cooperation in resistance to disease and improve health management mechanism through which way to constantly improve the level of global governance of public health,make the international community more effectively cope with similar global public health crisis and make human better protect human common home planet.
