Objective:Using data mining methods to study the laws of the Qing Dynasty doctors using the toxic medicine of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases",Summarize the distribution of disease symptoms and indications of the symptoms of the use of these toxic medicines by doctors in the Qing Dynasty. To investigate the inheritance and development of these toxic medicines in terms of indications, syndrome differentiation, compatibility, dosage forms, and concocted attenuators.Screening of some of the characteristics of the case for analysis, with a view to replenishing the clinical TCM.Methods:Through examining the ancient herbal literature,we selected 15 tasting and recognized toxic drugs among the 84 tasting medicines used in the "Treatise on Febrile Diseases." In the "Treatise on Febrile Diseases",60 prescriptions using these 15 herbs were selected. The main search terms of these 60 prescriptions were mainly searched for in the fifth edition of the Chinese Medical Code, supplemented by 15 toxic drugs.Find out all the medical records of Qing Dynasty doctors using these toxic drugs as raw data,According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria for screening, the selected medical case is the object of study. The gender, tongue, pulse, disease, symptoms, and drugs in the medical case are standardized, and statistical methods such as frequency analysis and optimization are used for analysis. Results:Due to too much content, here are only examples. In terms of treatment, the doctors in the Qing Dynasty greatly expanded the range of indications for toxic medicines in the Treatise on Febrile Diseases. If Zhongjing uses Zhenwu Decoction to treat sun-damaged sun-damaged and Yang-yin deficiency-water syndrome, the Qing Dynasty medical home treats phlegm, sweat, abdominal pain, vomiting, cough, stroke, and blemishes;Another example is Zhongjing's use of Xiaochaihu Decoction to treat a series of sicknesses caused by the unfavorable cardinality of Shaoyang Cardiopulmonary, such as chest tightness, hypochondriac pain, vomiting, and fever. As well as too few two senses,Shaoyang Yangming disease and heat into the blood room etc.In addition to the treatment of the above-mentioned syndromes, doctors in the Qing Dynasty used them more for surgical tendons, sores, lumps, and fistulas.Internal medicine malaria, sweat syndrome, blood syndrome, haze, slickness, madness,Gynecological fetal movement, pregnancy bleeding, head facial ENT swelling, earache, headache, toothache, orthopedic fracture, cane injury, etc.,It can be seen that the Qing Dynasty doctors used Xiaochaihu Decoction to treat internal and external women and children, facial features,bone-injuries and other diseases, fully embodying the subtleties of the classics, and can be applied flexibly to a variety of diseases. In terms of symptoms,The description of the symptoms in the original "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" is relatively simple, and only in the differential diagnosis will list more symptoms for comparison. In the Qing Dynasty medical records, some of the symptoms were described briefly, and some of the symptoms were described in more detail. The comparison of these detailed symptoms with the relevant provisions of the "Treatise on Febrile Diseases"will often greatly benefit the medical side's differentiation and use.In terms of tongue and pulse,In the "Treatise on Febrile Diseases",there are few records of tongue images. In the Qing Dynasty, there are not many records of tongue images in the medical cases.Often there are only a few cases of tongue images recorded in dozens of medical cases. Most of the dialects do not make a major reference. There are more records of the pulse in the "Treatise on Febrile Diseases",such as the development of the Six Classics, the differential diagnosis of the pulse, etc. The outline pulse is the typical pulse of the Six Classics, and it is rare in clinical practice. The records of the pulse in the Qing Dynasty medical records were relatively comprehensive, such as the pulse of Zhen Wu Tang.In the"Treatise on Febrile Diseases",the records of Shaoyin's disease and veins are fine.In addition to the micro-vein in the Qing Dynasty medical records, there are various pulse patterns such as string, sink, loose, and small.Through the analysis of pulse appearances in the Zhenwu Tang medical case,it is possible to have a deeper understanding of the pathogenesis of Zhenwu Decoction and to contribute to the clinical use of toxic prescriptions of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases."Formulations,Wumei Pills are used as pills in "Treatise on Febrile Diseases." Doctors in the Qing Dynasty used them as decoctions to treat vomiting, abdominal pain and hypochondriac pain.Daqinglong Decoction is an oral decoction. There is a phlegm-heat syndrome in the treatment of typhoid fever and Changyi Pavilion changes it to an external lotion to treat toe pain caused by cold.In the "Treatise on Febrile Diseases," Guadi San was gushed with bean curd juice and guillotine, and was used as a nose for the treatment of dampness and yellowing in the Qing Dynasty. In terms of clothing,Zhongjing uses Guizhi Decoction to treat sunstroke syndromes and it helps to dilute the porridge to help the body sweat, but ephedra soup is not needed. However, when Xie Xinghuan used Mahuangtang padded therapy to treat imaginary people with wet yellow hair,he also told the patient to take hot porridge while taking medicine. One of the patients is physically weak, porridge can replenish the coke, and the other is also sweating by its warmth. This is also because of the law of the people, flexibility and flexibility. One of the patients is physically weak, porridge can replenish the coke, and the other is also sweating by its warmth. This is also because of the law of the people, flexibility and flexibility.Concocting the attenuated aspects,The doctors of the Qing Dynasty made developments on the basis of inheriting Zhongjing.Zhongjing uses the soup-washed Wujing, and the salt water and frying in the Qing Dynasty are two more methods. In the "Treatise on Febrile Diseases," when using the Daban Ganzi, there is no method to concoct. The methods used in the Qing Dynasty for doctors to use Daxie include water-immersed drying,light-washing,and frying, and surface-wrapped dumplings.Ganzi's processing methods include bread crumbs, pig kidney patella, pig heart blood calcination and so on.These processing methods are more complete than the Zhongjing period, and have the effect of reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency, which can not only increase the safety of drugs, but also expand the scope of use of toxic drugs. Conclusion:Through the above study,we can find that In the inheritance of the academic essence of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases," the physicians of the Qing Dynasty made great progress. When using prescriptions for toxic drugs, there are no small advances in the aspects of indications, syndrome differentiation, compatibility, dosage forms, administration, and attenuation.Provide important reference for later scholars.and provide important help for clinical use of toxic drugs.
