Objective:Xiexie decoction for the traditional Chinese medicine prescription,which Banxia Xiexin soup is the most representative of the clinical application is very extensive.In order to systematically study Banxia Xiexin Decoction,reverse mining method is used.Through access to clinicians reported medical records,access to the clinical application of the information,using the standardized data mining system to build,excavate and analyze.Through the application of the diseases,clinical symptoms,pathogenesis,prescription compatibility and so on,it can provide an objective basis and methodological reference for the clinical application of Banxia Xiexin Decoction.Method:Through the search of Chinese journal database before September 2016 China HowNet,get Banxia Xiexin Decoction used medical information.Using Medcase V3.2 data recording and mining system to meet the medical case for database construction,data mining analysis.Focus on digging medical records of the disease,symptoms,pathogenesis,prescription and other content,and analysis of the clinical application of Banxia Xiexin Decoction.Results:260 clinical cases,male patients with a total of 143 cases,117 cases of female patients.The age distribution of patients is broader,mainly in middle age.The main symptoms of a total of more than 30 items with poor appetite,stomach bilges,dry mouth.Non digestive system symptoms mainly related to insomnia,upset,and oral ulcer.The red tongue,yellow greasy moss is most common.Symptoms and tongue fur outside the association,bloating,stomach pain and yellow greasy moss support,stomach pain,mouth ulcers and red tongue with the highest support Pathogenesis mainly involved in cold and heat complex,damp heat resistance,spleen and stomach weakness,the frequency was 27.69%,12.69%,9.62%.Air block and fullness of heat resistance of the highest correlation.String pulse is the highest frequency,the second is fine pulse,The drug is wide,high frequency drugs mainly include:Banxia?Huanglian?Huangqin?Gancao?Ganjiang?Dangshen?Dazao?Fuling?Baizhu etc.The usage frequency of Renshen in the original prescription is lower.Core drug pair is Banxia-Huanglian.Drugs and symptoms outside the association,Pinellia tuber is high associated with dry mouth,loose stools,Jiang Banxia and bloating,anorexia with high correlation.Huanglian is high associated with hiccups,abdominal pain and nausea.Huangqin is high connected with facial redness,pharyngeal foreign body sensation,acne.In all the medical records,Western medicine involves 84 diseases,including chronic gastritis,oral ulcer,insomnia,gastric ulcer and so on.Traditional Chinese medicine involves 53 diseases,including Weipi,stomach pain,ulcer,insomnia,abdominal pain etc.Conclusion:This study draws the clinical application of Banxia Xiexin Decoction involves a wide range of diseases,including chronic gastritis,mouth ulcers,insomnia,gastric ulcer and so on,which reflect the characteristics of Chinese medicine.It can relieve anorexia,bloating,dry mouth,mouth ulcers,sleepless etc.Coated Tongue and pulse:the most is red tongue.The high frequency of tongue fur are Greasy and yellow.Pathogenesis aspect:It is showed that besides syndrome of intermingled heat and cold,Banxia Xiexin Decoction can also treat syndrome of dampness-heat Prescription compatibility:The key drug pair is "Banxia-Huanglian",now Dangshen often replaces Renshen.Disease identification-discriminate-therapy-recipe,which are closely connected The clinical thinking of Chinese medicine is brief,simple,extensive and profound.
