| Objective:This study is based on the idea of "Integration of Tao and Shu" to carry out the research on the inheritance of Professor Gu Shizhe's Tao.Through the grounded theory and data mining multi fusion method,it comprehensively excavates the two aspects of Professor Gu Shizhe's Tao and Shu,extracts the key points of inheritance,and realizes the comprehensive inheritance.Methods:1 We interviewed with Professor Gu Shizhe himself,his disciples and patients to obtain interview data,and applied the grounded theory method to dig deep into the invisible nondigital information of Professor Gu Shizhe,such as values cultural spirit,speculative methods,etc.,and then formed genera and core genera.2 Data mining method is used to analyze the law of acupuncture point selection.R language software and Gephi software were used to analyze the frequency statistics,association rules and complex network visualization of Professor Gu Shizhe's acupuncture prescriptions for cervical spondylosis.The frequency of acupoint selection,meridian tropism and association rules between acupoints were understood,and the rules and principles of acupoint selection were discussed.Results:1 Research based on grounded theoryThis study interviewed Professor Gu Shizhe twice,a total of 2.5 hours;interviewed Professor Gu Shizhe's 6 disciples and students,once per person,with an average time of 0.8 hours per person;interviewed 5 patients,once per person,with an average time of 0.5 hours per person;obtained 19 transcriptional data,a total of more than 68000 words.Based on the analysis of interview data,literature and other supplementary data by grounded theory research method,729 initial codes are obtained,34 subcategories and 8 categories are formed,They are ideological and moral,cultural spirit,values,academic origin,academic thought,diagnosis and treatment methods,characteristics of acupuncture therapy and therapeutic elements.Cultural spirit includes six aspects:self-improvement,daring to take responsibility,seeking truth from facts,indifferent to fame and wealth,modest and studious,and refined temperament.Finally,we get the grounded theory:Tao is the foundation of Shu,Shu is the fruit of Tao.2 Data miningA total of 101 prescriptions for acupuncture and moxibustion were included.The most frequently used acupoint was Jingbailao(EX-HN 1 5),followe by Tianzhu(BL10),Hegu(LI4)and Fengchi(GB20),Jianzhongshu(SI15).The acupoints of the Yang Meridian are used up to 70.37%,The most frequently used meridians are:bladder meridian of foot-Taiyang.The results of association rule analysis showed that the most common acupoint compatibility in the treatment of cervical spondylosis is Cervical Bailao-Tianzhu-Jianzhongshu.The community clustering results showed that three stable acupoint groups were formed,namely:GanshuShenshu-Geshu-Dachangshu;Tanzhong-Baihui-Yintang-Anmian;Jianzhongshu-TianzhuFengchi.Conclusion:1.Based on the grounded theory,this paper comprehensively excavates Professor Gu's two aspects of Tao and Shu,and concludes that cultural spirit is the core category;According to the grounded theory,Tao is the foundation of Shu,Shu is the fruit of Tao,and virtue is higher than skill.Further discussion of the relationship between "Tao and Shu" can lead to the discovery of"Tao is the most important factory ",and the core of cultural spirit can guide the occurrence of external behavior.Therefore,the content of the inheritance of famous and old TCM should include two levels:"Tao" mainly includes the ideological and moral,cultural spirit and values of famous and old TCM,"Shu" mainly includes academic thought,diagnosis and treatment technology,acupuncture and moxibustion characteristics,etc.In the inheritance of famous and old TCM,we should try our best to achieve comprehensive inheritance and efficient inheritance.2 Through data mining and analysis,Professor Gu's acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis focused on the selection of Yang channel points,which reflects Professor Gu Shizhe's" WenyangTongqi,Treating both physique and mind" academic thoughts in treating cervical spondylosis and the principle of formulating acupoints far and near.The results of data mining are consistent with those of grounded theory. |
