Based On The "Neijing" "Peace And Peace", The Evaluation Standard Of "Peace" Is Studied From Meteorological Data

1.Objective"Pingqi" is one of the important concepts involved in the prediction of the Liqi year in the theory of Wuyunliuqi,and the establishment of the evaluation standard of "Pingqi" is the premise of the prediction of the Liqi year,which is of great scientific value to the prediction of epidemic diseases.But the evaluation of "Pingqi" in Chinese medicine has been in a state of ambiguity for a long time.Therefore,under the guidance of the theory of "Zhierhezeping"in the Huangdineijing,this study explores the relationship between the meteorological data of the 60-year Liubuqi starting point in Changchun,Beijing,Wuwei,Zhengzhou,Baoji,Shanghai,Wuhan,Chongqing,Guangzhou and Nanning,explores the evaluation criteria of"Pingqi" and use Yiqi years to test the evaluation criteria of "Pingqi" with a view to obtaining the preliminary criteria for the objective evaluation of "Pingqi".2.Research content and methods2.1Objct of syudy(1)CityAccording to the five directions selected Changchun,Beijing,Wuwei,Zhengzhou,Baoji,Shanghai,Wuhan,Chongqing,Guangzhou,Nanning ten places.(2)YearsThe choice of the year of Pingqi:based on the Huangdineijing,Leijing,and the Liuyao of Pingqi recognized in the Pingqi year,the selection of Jiwei(1979),Dingmao(1987),Yiyou(2005),Jichou(2009).Choice of Yiqi year:Guiwei(2003)of the outbreak of atypical pneumonia(SARS)was selected,the year Jihai(2019),and the year in which the new type of coronary pneumonia began.(3)MeteorologyChina Meteorological Data Network downloaded Changchun,Beijing,Wuwei,Zhengzhou,Baoji,Shanghai,Wuhan,Chongqing,Guangzhou,and Nanning from 1960 to 2019 a total of 60 years of a Liubuqi starting point of the daily precipitation,daily average wind speed,daily average temperature,and daily average relative humidity.(4)Starting point of LiubuqiAbout the starting of the Liuqi,there are mainly Dahan and Lichun two views,so the starting point of the liubuqi also has two,the starting point of dahan of the liubuqi is the Dahan,Chunfen,Xian man,Dashu,Qiufen and Xiaoxue.Lichun that the starting point of the liubuqi is Lichun,Qingming,Mangzhong,Liqiu,Hanlu,Daxue.2.2 Evaluation criteria2.2.1 Evaluation criteria I:first evaluate whether each region is Pingqi and then evaluate the status of the whole yearFor an area,from precipitation,average wind speed,average temperature,average relative humidity analysis of the starting point of liubuqi to determine whether of a region is Pingqi,the specific criteria are as follows:(1)from a meteorological factor analysis,if a meteorological factor has no more than two starting point and 60 years corresponding starting point of the mean has a significant difference,it is considered that this meteorological factor is in a Pingqi state,if a meteorological factor has three and above the starting point and 60 years of the corresponding starting point has significant differences.This meteorological factor is considered to be in a Non-pingqi state.If all four meteorological factors are in a Pingqi state,the area is considered to be in a Pingqi state,otherwise it is in a Non-pingqi state.(2)From the overall analysis of the four meteorological factors,if the four meteorological factors(a total of 24 points)do not exceed the mean of four starting points and the corresponding starting point of 60 years there is a significant difference,the region is considered to be in a Pingqi state,if the four meteorological factors have five or more starting points and 60 years of the corresponding starting point of significant differences,the region is considered to be in a Non-pingqi state.For an area,the conditions for the Pingqi state in both(1)and(2)above are considered to be in a Pingqi state,otherwise it is not.For the evaluation of the whole year,if there are six or more areas in the Pingqi state,then the evaluation of the whole year in the Pingqi state,otherwise the evaluation of the whole year in the Non-pingqi state.2.2.2 Evaluation criteria ?:first evaluate whether the liubuqi starting point is Pingqi and then evaluate the state of the whole year.For a starting point,from precipitation,average wind speed,average temperature,average relative humidity analysis Changchun,Beijing,Wuwei,Zhengzhou,Baoji,Shanghai,Wuhan,Chongqing,Guangzhou,Nanning to determine whether a starting point is Pingqi,the specific criteria are as follows:(1)from a meteorological factor analysis,if a meteorological factor has no more than four regions and 60 years of the average of the corresponding regions have significant differences,it is considered that this meteorological factor is in a Pingqi state,If the mean of five or more meteorological factors differs significantly from the mean of the corresponding regions in 60 years,such meteorological factors are considered to be in a Non-pingqi state.If all four meteorological factors are in a Pingqi state,the starting point is considered to be in a Pingqi state,otherwise it is in a Non-pingqi state.(2)From the overall analysis of the four meteorological factors,if the four meteorological factors(a total of 40 points)do not exceed the average of five regions and the corresponding areas in 60 years there is a significant difference,the starting point is considered to be in a Pingqi state,if the four meteorological factors have a total of six and obver regions and 60 years of the corresponding regions have significant differences,the starting point is considered to be Non-pingqi.For a starting point,while meeting the conditions of the Pingqi state in(1)and(2)above,the starting point is considered to be in a-Pingqi state,otherwise it is in a Non-pingqi state.For the evaluation of the whole year,if there are four starting points and above in the Pingqi state,then the evaluation of the whole year in the Pingqi state,otherwise the evaluation of the whole year in the Non-pingqi state.2.3Method of statisticUsing SAS 9.4 for statistical testing,the statistical method has Wilcoxon test of two independent samples of non-normal distribution,and the t-test of two independent samples of normal distribution.3.Result3.1 The results of the study starting with Lichun(1)Evaluation criteria oneAccording to evaluation criteria I,the results show that 1979 was in a Pingqi state;In 1987,it was in a state of non-Pingqi;In 2005 in a non-pingqi state;2009 was Pingqi.In 2003 in a Pingqi state;2019 is in a non-pingqi state.(2)Evaluation criteria secondAccording to evaluation criteria ?,the results show that 1979 was in a Pingqi state;In 1987,it was in a state of non-pingqi;In 2005 in a non-pingqi state;In 2009 it was in a state of non-pingqi.In 2003 in a Pingqi state;2019 is in a non-pingqi state.3.2 The results of the study,which start with the Dahan(1)Evaluation criteria oneAccording to evaluation criteria ?,the results show that 1979 was in a Pingqi state;In 1987 in a Pingqi state;In 2005 in a Pingqi state;2009 was Pingqi.In 2003 in a Pingqi state;2019 is in a non-pingqi state.(2)Evaluation criteria secondAccording to evaluation criteria ?,the results show that:1979 in the state of non-Pingqi;In 1987,it was in a state of non-Pingqi;In 2005 in a pingqi state;In 2009 it was in a state of non-pingqi.In 2003 in a state of non-pingqi;2019 is a non-pingqi year.3.3 regional studies of Evaluate criteria ?(1)Pingqi yearsThe results showed that The compliance rate was higher in Changchun according to Lichun.Beijing,Chongqing,Nanning according to the Dahan and Lichun there is no obvious difference between the two.Wuwei,Zhengzhou,Baoji,Shanghai,Wuhan,Guangzhou according to the Dahan the compliance rate is higher.(2)Yiqi yearsThe results showed that Beijing and Baoji had higher compliance rates according to Lichun.Wuwei,Zhengzhou,Shanghai,Chongqing,Nanning according to the Dahan and Lichun there is no obvious difference between the two.Changchun,Wuhan,Guangzhou according to the Dahan the compliance rate is higher.4 Conclusions(1)the Dahan as the starting point of liuqi,evaluation criteria one evaluation pingqi is relatively reasonableAccording to the results of the study,according to the evaluation criteria I,Dahan the compliance rate of 100%,Lichun the compliance rate of 50%,according to the evaluation criteria ?,Dahan and Lichun the compliance rate are all 25%,so take the Dahan for the starting point of Liuqi,to evaluate the standard ? evaluation Pingqi is relatively reasonable.(2)Simply from the starting point of the Liubuqi on the day of the meteorological data evaluation of Pingqi,it is not yet possible to distinguish between the year of Pingqi and the year of Yiqi.The results of this study show that with the Dahan as the starting point of the Liuqi,although the evaluation criteria can be more appropriate to evaluate the Pingqi year,but when the use of the Yiqi year for verification,it will be found that the epidemic year 2003 is Pingqi,not in line with the situation of 2003 as the Yiqi year.The reason may be related to this study only considered the meteorological state of the Liubuqi starting point on the day and did not evaluate whether the meteorological state of the whole-qi or the meteorological state of the first few days before and after the liubuqi starting point met the perennial standard,which will be the next step that needs further study and perfection.(3)The geographical location should be taken into account in evaluating the calm state of a particular city.From the results of the study,it can be seen that the choice of Liuqi starting points in different regions is inconsistent in the evaluation of Pingqi,and there is a close relationship with geographical location.Therefore,when evaluating the Pingqi of different cities,it is necessary to consider the Liuqi starting point according to their geographical location.
