Observation Of Xuefuzhuyu Decoction On Clinical Efficacy Of Qi And Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Diabetic Retinopathy Bleeding Period

Objective:Observation of XuefuZhuyu Decoction on clinical efficacy of Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic retinopathy bleeding period, and provide new ideas for clinical treatment.Methods: Screening for diabetic retinopathy clinical standard for deficiency of both Qi and Yin and blood stasis dialectical hemorrhage 72 cases, were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group and control group with 36 cases in each group. The 2 groups were sticking to basic treatment: control diet, moderate exercise, blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipid regulation, on the basis of this, the treatment group was treated with Xuefuzhuyu Decoction, 8 weeks of treatment, clinical study to observe the changes of system, fundus hemorrhage, traditional Chinese medicine symptom improvement, safety and withdrawal in March after the illness recurrence or aggravation of the situation.Results:Under the same control of blood glucose, blood lipid, blood pressure under the premise, the treatment group was treated with Xuefuzhuyu Decoction in TCM symptoms improved significantly better than the control group( p<0.01), in reducing the recurrence or relapse is also better than the control group( p<0.05).Conclusion: Xuefuzhuyu Decoction can improve clinical symptoms, TCM syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic retinopathy bleeding period, and in preventing recurrence lesions, delay the disease development also has certain advantages.
