The Study Of Tibia Lateral Bone Transfer Combined With Xiangpi Shengji Ointment On The Healing Of DF Rabbit Ulcers

Objective:Through observing the ulcer healing rate and curative effect of diabetic foot rabbits treated by tibial transverse bone transfering combined with external application of Xiangpi Shengji ointment to provide experimental basis for the clinical application.Methods:Thirty-two New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into four groups,8 in each group.Four groups respectively were model group(group A),Xiangpi Shengji ointment group(group B),tibial transverse bone transfering group(group C),and tibial transverse bone transfering+Xiangpi Shengji ointment group(group D).The diabetes model was induced by high fat and sugar feed,the injection of alloxan solution through auricular vein and the disk compression.After the success of diabetes model,the experimental rabbits in groups C and D were operated on tibial transverse bone transfering with the Ilizarov method.From the 5 days after operation,Group A was treated with ordinary dressing change,group B was treated with Xiangpi Shengji ointment,group C was treated with transverse bone transfer method,and group D was treated with tibial transverse bone transfer method combined Xiangpi Shengji ointment.We respectively measure the ulcer area and calculate the wound healing rate on day 1 and day 14.The time required for complete wound healing was recorded.Results:After 14 days of treatment,Compared with group A,the wound healing rate of group B and group C was significantly improved(P<0.01),Compared with group B,the wound healing rate of group C was enhanced(P<0.05),Compared with group C,the wound healing rate of group D was significantly improved(P<0.01).In terms of complete wound healing time,group B and group C was significantly shorter than group A(P<0.0 1),Compared with group B,the complete wound healing time of group C was obviously reduced(P<0.01);Compared with group C,the complete wound healing time of group D was significantly decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion:Tibial transverse bone transfering combined with external application of Xiangpi Shengji ointment can significantly promote the healing of diabetic foot ulcer in rabbits.
