Design And Implementation Of Community Clinic Management Cloud Platform

At present,the level of informatization of hospitals in our country is improving year by year,but the informatization management of various clinics in the vast rural areas and communities still has a long way to go.Community clinics are responsible for the health service work of the masses at the grassroots level,and are an important public health management node for serving people's health.For a long time,there have been a lot of problems in the qualifications of practitioners,drug management,prescription management,and medical treatment standards.With the increasing development of informatization today,there is an urgent need for an applicable new generation of medical management platform for scientific and effective management.This article carefully analyzes the actual needs of community clinics,designs and implements a new generation of community clinic management cloud platform that integrates community clinic office and medical business management.The platform uses blockchain to store medical records and prescription information to solve the credibility of evidence in medical disputes;the platform monitors large prescriptions,abuse of antibiotics and other improper medication issues,and solves the problem of medication safety supervision.The platform adopts a centralized management model for drugs,and a third party or medical administrative department is responsible for drug management,which effectively guarantees the legality,safety and traceability of drugs from the source.In view of the large number of clinic users and the high number of concurrent users,the Redis caching mechanism is used to achieve traffic peak reduction and ensure the smooth operation of the platform.The platform is designed with three types of users: doctors,clinics and medical administration departments.The functions designed and implemented are:(1)Provide doctors with personal information management,patient management,medical record management,prescription management,order management,information statistics and other functions;(2)Provide clinic management,department management,drug management,doctor information management,patient management,check medical records,check prescriptions,information statistics and other functions for clinics;(3)Provide clinic management,drug management,and doctor information management for medical clinic management departments,View patient information,view medical records,view prescriptions,information statistics and other functions.The front end of the platform is built based on Vue.js,the back end is developed using Spring Boot,the data is stored in the My SQL database,and the medical records and prescription information are stored in the Ethereum blockchain at the same time.Through the system,the unified management of community clinics can be strengthened,and the security of data can be significantly improved;at the same time,the business operation process of villages,towns and community clinics can be standardized,and industry management can be optimized;doctors can conveniently write medical records and write prescriptions;and they can also easily retrieve patient history at any time Medical records and prescription information help to improve the efficiency and accuracy of diagnosis.It is convenient and quick for patients to pay medical expenses online.The system faces many problems existing in the management of rural and community clinics,with the goal of improving the modernization and informatization of the management of rural and community clinics,and develops a community clinic platform.The platform is deployed on the cloud,and users can use all the functions of the platform by paying a very low service fee.Platform applications are extremely easy to popularize,and are of great significance for implementing national medical policies,ensuring the safety of rural medications,building a harmonious doctorpatient relationship,and building rural medical big data.
