With the aging of the population and the increase of people with disability,many intelligent rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment equipment that provide people with limb training,position transfer,independent self-care and other functions have appeared on the market,and provide rehabilitation diagnosis and training physiotherapy services for people with disability.However,these rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment smart devices have problems such as inaccurate diagnosis,low efficiency of training physical therapy,inability to accumulate diagnosis and treatment data,and incomplete patient training records.At the same time,the existing platforms in the field of rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment have similar functions and are the same,mainly based on data storage.Mainly with reading,it cannot make more effective use of data.This paper designs a comprehensive intelligent platform that can not only manage multiple types of rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment equipment,but also perform real-time diagnosis,identification,and diagnosis and treatment training.Realize the collection of real data in the actual rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment of patients,accumulate big data that provides machine learning for diagnosis and treatment intelligent equipment,and then realize the iterative optimization of the fusion model algorithm,and provide patients with personalized fusion model algorithm customization.The rehabilitation training management cloud platform is based on the LAMP open source combination technology,combined with the Internet of Things,cloud computing and big data,mobile communications and other technologies,designed and implemented user-level security management,role authority management,project parameter dynamic management,equipment management,Data management,machine training management,personalized customization,report management,mobile phone and user log management and other functions.In order to improve development efficiency and ensure system security,the back end of the platform adopts Laravel framework technology research and development,and the mobile end adopts uni-app framework research and development;in order to improve user experience,it supports multiterminal responsive display,and the front-end page of the platform adopts Bootstrap technology;at the same time,The platform also uses Ajax technology to achieve asynchronous page loading and improve access speed.This article starts from the actual business needs of rehabilitation training patients for diagnosis,treatment and training,follows the principles of functional utility,high safety,high robustness,and high scalability to plan the overall design of the system,adopts object-oriented analysis methods,and determines the system through use case modeling Designed and developed a set of cloud platform for rehabilitation training management.The platform not only solves the problems of inability to accumulate data of existing rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment equipment and incomplete training records of clinicians,but also solves the problems of slow iterative optimization of the fusion model algorithm of intelligent rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment equipment,low diagnosis and treatment accuracy,and low efficiency of rehabilitation training,making the entire rehabilitation The training process is standardized,systematized,and intelligent,which reduces the investment in human resources and improves the efficiency of patients' rehabilitation.At the same time,it also provides a platform for iterative optimization of its own diagnosis and treatment integration model algorithm for more rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment equipment.
