Based On Data Mining To Explore The Medication Rules Of Professor Wang Aihua In The Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis

Objective: To explore the rule of the use of Professor Wang Aihua in the treatment of ulcerative colitis by using modern data mining technology.According to the data mining results,combined with Professor Wang Aihua's literature and clinical medical cases,this paper discusses professor Wang Aihua's academic views on the pathogenesis and differentiation of ulcerative colitis.To summarize the clinical experience of differentiation and treatment of ulcerative colitis by traditional Chinese medicine,and to inherit the important significance of Professor Wang Aihua's academic thought.Methods: This study is divided into two parts: theoretical research and retrospective analysis.In the aspect of theoretical research,I read Professor Wang Aihua's books and literature on the treatment of ulcerative colitis,further understand and elaborate Professor Wang Aihua's academic thoughts on the whole process of ulcerative colitis with the method of solid Ben Peiyuan.On the retrospective analysis,the clinical data of Professor Wang Aihua in outpatient clinic from january2019 to December 2020 were collected and sorted out.The drug use law of wangaihua was summarized by using the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform,cluster analysis,association rule analysis and complexity network analysis.Results: 151 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine were included in this study,including 108 Chinese herbs,20 drugs with frequency ? 34,in turn,Danggui,Huanglian,Baishu,malt,Chenpi,granula,fried chicken inner gold,wind proof,coix seed,Angelica dahurica,patchouli,Houpu,lotus seed,lentil,raw chicken inner gold,fire flaxseed,sophora flower and raw rehmannia.From the analysis of four Qi and five flavors,it is found that the drugs are mainly warm,flat and micro temperature,and the five flavors are mainly sweet,spicy and bitter.In terms of drug return,Professor Wang Aihua was found to be the most effective drug for UC treatment.According to the association rules,the two,three and four drug pairs with high support were: Danggui,Astragalus dangshen angelica,Huanglian Danggui Danggui,dangshen Astragalus.Conclusion: Professor Wang Aihua believes that ulcerative colitis is always the basis of deficiency and reality,including spleen deficiency as the basis of disease,damp heat as the disease standard,and the method of solid Ben Peiyuan should be used to treat it.UC is closely related to spleen and stomach,so the traditional Chinese medicine used is more into the spleen and stomach two channels.UC is more cold and hot deficiency and complex,and the local cold and hot deficiency and deficiency should be paid attention to in the clinical treatment.In the process of diagnosis and treatment of UC,we should pay attention to the treatment of both specimens and stages,treat the standard in case of emergency,and treat the root if it is slow.The activity period is mainly to clear heat and dry dampness,supplemented by spleen,Qi,blood circulation and pain relief.The remission period is mainly treated by strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney,taking both the dampness and diarrhea into consideration.Dangshen,astragalus,angelica and Coptis are the common combination of drugs used by Professor Wang Aihua in the treatment of UC.
