| Objective:Discussion on the curative effect in the treatment of post stroke anxiety using auricular pressing combined with Prozac. Verification of" auricular pressing combined with Prozac" can effectively reduce the" post-stroke anxiety disorder" in patients with long-term medication adverse reaction.Method:A total of60cases of anxiety after strokes were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, that using a random number table. Each group has30cases. In the treatment group we used the method of oral administration of western medicine combined with auricular pressing therapy: Shenmen (TF4), Pizhixia (AT4), Xin (CO15), Gan (CO12), Jiaogan (AH6), Naogan (AT3.4i), with syndrome differentiation addition and subtraction. The treatment of control group was oral Prozac. After the second and the fourth weekend of the treatment, we adapted the HAMA method to make an evaluation of the anxiety and the improvement, then we made a comparison between the efficacy and safety before and after the treatment. We used statistical software (SPSS) to analysis the data with measurement data tested by t, and technical data tested by x2.Results:1. It was statistical that the total efficiency of treatment group was86.67%, while in the control group it was83.33%, which meant no significant difference (P>0.05).2. After scoring by the Hamilton Anxiety Scale, we found that there was significant difference on the group by internal therapy before and after treatment, while there was no significant difference between the groups by therapy before and after treatment.3. There was significant difference between the two groups in adverse reactions (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. The treatment effect of post-stroke anxiety was the same in the treatment group and the control group.2. The score of the Hamilton Anxiety Scale showed the treatment effect between the two groups was almost the same.3. In point of adverse reaction, the treatment group was better than control group. Side effects in the treatment group were significantly less than in the control group. Therefore, this method is worthy of promotion and further study. |
