Clinical Observation Of Qingre Tongluo Decoction On The Prevention Of Restenosis After PCI In Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingre Tongluo Decoction in preventing in stent restenosis after PCI,and to explore the mechanism of preventing postoperative ISR and prevent the incidence rate of ISR and improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:60 patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing PCI were randomly divided into Qingre Tongluo Decoction group and routine group.Routine group: to double anti,lipid regulation,improve ventricular remodeling,slow down heart rate and other treatment;Qingre Tongluo Decoction group: in addition to routine group,Qingre Tongluo decoction.After 8 weeks,CRP,IL-6,TCM syndrome score and TCM syndrome curative effect were evaluated.The patients were followed up for 6 months.Results:1.The general situation of the two groups was comparable(P > 0.05).2.TCM syndrome integral,syndrome curative effect,Qingre Tongluo Decoction group and conventional group after treatment can be reduced in varying degrees,Qingre Tongluo Decoction group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).3.There was no difference in the inflammatory indexes: CRP and IL-6 between the two groups before treatment,but the inflammatory indexes in the Qingre Tongluo Decoction group were significantly lower thanthose in the conventional group after treatment(P < 0.05).4.There was no difference in the incidence of ISR and estimated ISR between the two groups(P > 0.05).5.There was no side effect in both Qingre Tongluo Decoction group and routine group.Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that: Qingre Tongluo Decoction can inhibit the inflammation after PCI;the incidence of stent restenosis,recurrent angina pectoris and estimated restenosis events in the two groups within 6 months after PCI is not comparable,considering the small sample size;in terms of TCM curative effect,Qingre Tongluo Decoction group is significantly better than the control group,and has obvious advantages in improving clinical symptoms,and can improve the quality of life of patients Reduce the pain of patients.
